| The Tetranychoidea belongs to the Trombidiformes acarioidea.There are 5 families in the world,and at present only 3 families were found in our country.The Tetranychoidea China recorded a total of 275 species from 39 genera.At present,the phylogenetic relationship of Tetranychoidea has not been reported,and the phylogenetic relationship between the rank elements within the family and between the genera is unclear.Based on the genome phylogeny of low depth whole genome sequencing,this paper studies the phylogenetic relationship of 2 families,18 genera and 66 species of Tetranychoidea,and explores the phylogenetic relationship of Tetranychoidea from the perspective of genomics.To provide basic methods and technical attempts for the phylogenetic study of ticks and mites at the genome level.The main research contents and resu Lts are as follows: Based on the second generation sequencing(NGS),the whole genomes of 62 species were sequenced.Combined with the existing data from 4 NCBI databases,the genomes were assembled and BUSCO quality was assessed.The estimated genome sizes ranged from 43.57 Mbp to 120.3Mbp.scaffold number: 2694–42850,length: 133–6626 kbp,GC content: 30%–42%.Based on the Arachnida reference dataset(n=2934),the resu Lts of USCO integrity assessment were 81.1%–96.2% complete USCOs,0.1%–15.7% repeated USCOs,0.0%–5% fragmented USCOs,and 4.6%–15.5% missing USCOs.LG model of gene union partition,GHOST model of non-partition,C20 model of mixed model and species tree based on single gene were used.Four values of SH-aLRT,UFBoot,gCF and sCF were used to detect the topological structure,and phylogenetic trees with high branch topological support were obtained.The phylogenetic tree in this study showed that both Tenuipalpidae and Tetranychidae of Tetranychoidea are monophyletic,Tetranychinae of Tetranychidae Tetranychinae are well supported,and Bryobiinae is a syngeneic group.Bryobiini and Petrobiini are monophyletic groups.Tetranychini is a polyphyletic groups,and its clade contains Eurytetranychini,which is a monophyletic group.At the genus level,four genera(Eotetranychus,Oligonychus,Schizotetranychus,Tetranychus)are polyphyletic groups,and the remaining 14 genera are monophyletic groups. |
