In recent years,e-commerce orders and delivery demand has been increasing and express delivery market scale has been gradually expanding with the prosperity of the Internet economy.However,it faces such problems as incentive competition among express logistics enterprises,convergence of express service,high logistics cost,continuous decline of enterprise profit,unreasonable utilization of logistics resources and so on.Our government has set up co-distribution pilot projects in Beijing and other places,the corresponding substantial achievements have been made in the some parts.But,the co-distribution failed in most areas due to the uneven distribution of interests,small profits and unsustainable earnings.As a result,most companies still take a waitand-see attitude and co-distribution mode does not gained popularity so far.Therefore,this paper proposes to study the revenue distribution problem of co-allocation considering service time among express enterprises.Firstly,the problem of co-distribution among express delivery enterprises is studied and the model of separate distribution and co-distribution among enterprises is established to quantify the benefits of cooperation.Some scholars have studied the coallocation model,but did not consider improving service efficiency.Moreover,most studies on the cooperation of bicycle yards focus on the cooperation between customers rather than between enterprises.In order to better use of space vehicles,the established model is allowed to split point of customer demand and to shorten the delivery time delivery service efficiency,in the total distribution model,with cooperation before the shortest service time for benchmarking,all enterprises with the after service time shorten the constraint conditions,we consider sending pieces in the target profit,vehicle use cost and vehicle path cost,so that the total profit maximize.Secondly,it studies the problem of co-distribution of income.Described together with problems associated with game.when a total match game core is not empty,we put forward based on cooperative game,based on the experience of proportion method and based on the three methods of distribution route.When the core of the game is empty,it is proposed that through the stability of expansion and contraction,subsidies are given to each sub-alliance to achieve the stability of the game and the benefits of cooperation are distributed to all enterprises participating in the cooperation by using the least core.Then,CPLEX is used to accurately solve the established model,which is divided into two parts: co-allocation income example and income distribution example.In the case of revenue calculation,the effects of different scale of sharing customers,different number of companies participating in cooperation,and different vehicle saving rate on distribution revenue,vehicle usage,and distribution service time are studied.In terms of the example of income distribution,the influence of the number of cooperative companies and the number of shared customers on the stability of the co-distribution game is firstly analyzed.Then,when the core of the game is non-empty,the stability of different distribution methods is compared and analyzed.When the core is empty,the least core method is used to get the final revenue distribution solution.Finally,this paper summarizes the research work,puts forward the management opinions,and points out the future research direction.The experimental results show that the co-distribution of express delivery enterprises can not only increase the cooperation income,but also save delivery vehicles and shorten the service time of delivery,so as to reduce the delivery cost and improve the delivery efficiency.In the case of a certain number of shared customers,the less the number of companies involved in cooperation,the better the cooperation stability;In the case of a certain number of cooperative companies,there are fewer cooperative companies and more shared customers and in the case of a large number of cooperative companies and fewer shared customers,the cooperation stability is better.Therefore,less partners and more shared customers are more conducive to the formation of a stable cooperative relationship,cooperation is not easy to fail;When the core of the co-distribution game exists,the nucleolus method is the most stable method of income distribution.In reality,if conditions permit,it is suggested to use the nucleolus method to implement the distribution.However,the nucleolus method is not the income distribution mechanism that enterprises are willing to adopt in practice due to its complexity of calculation.In addition to the nucleolus method,we suggest that the alternative profit avoided method can be used for distribution.When the core of codistribution game does not exist,express delivery enterprises can make minimum subsidies to all sub-alliances by expanding and contracting stability conditions,so as to encourage enterprises to participate in co-distribution and avoid them from leaving the co-distribution alliance.
