The development of green supply chains conforms to the current energy conservation and emission reduction goals proposed by various countries and consumers’ green preferences,but the existence of information asymmetry in the market has seriously hindered the healthy development of green supply chains.Blockchain technology can solve the development dilemma of green supply chain,and its characteristics of decentralization,openness,transparency,and traceability have attracted the attention of green supply chain enterprises.In addition,the decision-making methods of supply chain members can affect the profits of the enterprise,whether centralized decision-making can increase the profits of the enterprise and how to allocate the increased profits are all issues that need to be addressed.In this context,this thesis takes retailers as the leaders of the Stackelberg game,constructs a second-level green supply chain model consisting of two competing green manufacturers and a single retailer,and uses theoretical knowledge and methods such as game theory methods,operations research,Mathematica solution,and example analysis to explore the impact of blockchain technology and different decision-making methods on the green supply chain,and use the least square method to distribute the profits of big alliance.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,based on whether to adopt blockchain technology and the different decision-making methods of green supply chain members,this thesis divides the green supply chain into four models: decentralized decision-making model without implementing blockchain technology,centralized decision-making model without implementing blockchain technology,decentralized decision-making model with implementing blockchain technology,and centralized decision-making model with implementing blockchain technology.Secondly,by introducing relevant parameters such as consumers’ green preferences,cross price competition,blockchain application level,and blockchain technology cost reduction efficiency,the mathematical model is constructed and the optimal solution expression is obtained through backward induction;then,it compares and analyzes the impact of blockchain technology and different decision-making methods of members on green supply chain pricing decisions and profits from a horizontal and vertical perspective,providing a basis for pricing decisions of each member of the supply chain.Then,using numerical examples,analyze the impact of consumer green preferences and cross price competition on the optimal decisions,demand,and profits of supply chain members.Finally,using CIS to allocate the total profit of the supply chain system under two centralized decisions,providing assistance for the distribution of benefits among supply chain members.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)In the context of not implementing blockchain technology,both decision models have an increase in wholesale price,retail price,greenness,demand,and profit of products as consumers’ green preferences and green trust coefficients increase;when the manufacturer’s green product investment efficiency coefficient increases,the above variables will decrease;in the decentralized decision-making model,the impact of cross price competition on the above variables is positive.Through comparison,it is found that the greenness,demand,and supply chain profit of products under centralized decision-making are greater than those under decentralized decision-making.(2)In the context of implementing blockchain technology,when a certain threshold is met,centralized decision-making by supply chain members can increase product demand,blockchain application level,and profits.(3)Through vertical comparison,it is found that implementing blockchain technology can increase the retail price,wholesale price,greenness,and demand of products when a certain threshold is met.
