Global warming and the exhaustion of natural environmental resources have prompted people to change the way organizations produce and provide products and services."Beautiful China" is included in the overall goal of socialist modernization, and the plan for beautiful China was deployed in detail in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Green development methods and lifestyles are being formed. With the increasing awareness of consumers' environmental protection, product greenness has become one of the main factors affecting consumers' purchasing behavior,so manufacturers and retailers can cooperate to develop green products to gain more market share. The lag effect of R&D will affect the cooperative R&D strategy of green supply chain members. Therefore, this article will focus on the impact of lag effect on the operation strategy of green supply chain members, and discuss the impact of government policies on the cooperative R&D strategy of green supply chain. This article uses differential game theory to build a game model of cooperative research and development between manufacturers and retailers, and will study from the following aspects: first, study the Stackelberg differential game and collaborative cooperative differential game model without subsidies, analyze the optimal decision of manufacturers and retailers, and design the profit distribution contract of manufacturers and retailers in collaborative cooperative games.Compare the manufacturers under the two models.Optimal decision-making and profit with retailers, analyze the impact of lag time on the level of R&D efforts, promotion efforts, product greenness, goodwill, manufacturer and retailer profits. The results of the study show that the differ ential of collaborative cooperation when the lag time is small The profit and social welfare level of the entire green supply chain of the game is the largest. When the lag time is large, the profit and social welfare level of the entire green supply chain of the Stackelberg differential game is the largest.Secondly,to study the optimal decision of the supply chain members of the two game models when the government grants a certain percentage of product subsidies to the manufacturer. It is found that the subsidy coefficient of the R&D effort level decreases with the increase of the lag time. The manufacturer and retailer choose the cooperation mode It is still related to the lag time. Finally,by comparing the optimal strategies of the Stackelberg differential game and the cooperative differential game model without subsidies and product subsidies,we can find that the cooperative differential game model has higher research and development efforts, promotion efforts, higher product greenness and goodwill. The retail price is lower, and the level of research and development efforts of the differential game model of collaborative cooperation under product subsidies is the highest. The level of promotional efforts is only related to the cooperation between manufacturers and retailers. From this research,we can see that whether there is no subsidy or subsidy when there is a lag effect, the mode of manufacturer and retailer's choice of cooperative R &D is related to the lag time, and when the lag time is longer, product subsidies will reduce the overall supply chain.Profit and social welfare levels. This article considers the hysteresis effect under the influence of subsidies and product subsidies for green supply chain cooperative R&D models. It analyzes the economic and social benefits of the entire supply chain under different strategies, provides a theoretical basis for R&D cooperation between manufacturers and retailers, and enriches enterprise management theory, provides a theoretical reference for the government to choose a subsidy strategy and set s a reasonable subsidy ratio, and puts forward feasible suggestions.
