Ecosystem service value is one of the hot issues of global ecological environment and natural resource utilization.In the development stage of building a "rich,strong,beautiful and high" new Jiangsu province,The study of natural resource value is of great significance to the formulation and implementation of natural resource ecological protection measures and natural resource management policies in Jiangsu Province.This study assessed using In VEST model and the social and economic statistical data in jiangsu province agricultural production,water supply,carbon oxygen release,and soil conservation,aesthetic landscape services,select appropriate parameters method to calculate its value,and analysis of the time and space differentiation characteristics of two phase evaluation results,further to explore the spatial coordination of balance relationship between ecosystem services,identify cold hot spots,based on this,advances in jiangsu province natural resource conservation and policy Suggestions.The main views and conclusions are as follows:(1)Spatial pattern difference of ecosystem service value in Jiangsu Province: In terms of spatial distribution,agricultural production value of Jiangsu Province was higher than that of southern Jiangsu Province.The spatial distribution of water resource supply service value is more in southeast and less in northwest.The value of carbon fixation and oxygen release is high in the eastern coastal area and the southern woodland area.The areas with high soil conservation value are concentrated in the southern mountainous area and the northern woodland,while the plain area has low soil conservation value.The aesthetic landscape value per unit area of rivers,lakes,wetlands and beaches is high,while the aesthetic landscape value per unit area of cultivated land and unused land is low.(2)Temporal and spatial variation characteristics of ecosystem service value in Jiangsu Province: The total value of five ecosystem service values in Jiangsu Province increased from 2010 to 2015,while the change distribution trend of grid value per unit area,the statistics of total value in different land types and the statistical changes of total value in different cities were different.In 2010,the gross agricultural product was 429.714 billion yuan,and in 2015,the gross agricultural product increased to 703.076 billion yuan.The agricultural and forestry output value of grid units increased,while the output value of fishery in grid units in some waters decreased.From 2010 to 2015,the total value of water resources supply increased from 265.423 billion yuan to 454.022 billion yuan,and the change showed a decreasing trend from southeast to northwest.From 2010 to 2015,the total amount of carbon fixation and oxygen release increased from 302.99 billion yuan to3.140051 billion yuan.The total amount of carbon sequestration and oxygen release in cultivated land,woodland and grassland increased slightly,while the total amount of carbon sequestration and oxygen release in unused land decreased to some extent.From 2010 to2015,the total value of soil conservation increased from 52.33 billion yuan to 83.501 billion yuan.The service value of soil conservation in the southern mountainous regions of Jiangsu increased,while the cultivated land remained basically unchanged,while the service value of soil conservation in the northern mountainous regions decreased.In 2010,the aesthetic landscape value was 21.628 billion yuan,and in 2015,the aesthetic landscape value was 34.463 billion yuan.During this period,the aesthetic landscape value of cultivated land resources decreased,while the aesthetic landscape value per unit area increased significantly in the eastern coastal areas such as tidal flat and Huaihe River.(3)TThe spatial synergistic trade-offs of various ecosystem services in Jiangsu Province showed that the spatial distribution of agricultural production,water supply,carbon sequestration and oxygen release,soil conservation and aesthetic landscape value were correlated,and the correlation intensity would change from year to year.The function service of carbon fixation and oxygen release has a synergistic relationship with the function service of agricultural production,and has a trade-off relationship with the other three kinds of services.The aesthetic landscape service and the carbon sequestration and oxygen release service constitute the trade-off relationship between this increase and that decrease,which is synergistic with the other three services.Water resource supply service,soil conservation service and aesthetic landscape service constitute synergistic relationship.(4)the value of ecosystem services in jiangsu province hotspots recognition:agricultural production services to provide strong ability in northern jiangsu province,in central agricultural production services,and carbon sequestration oxygen release service,aesthetic landscape,water supply service capability is strong,the southern region of jiangsu province provide water supply service and soil conservation services ability.The area of type 0 service agglomeration area accounted for 13.33% of the total area,the area of type 1service agglomeration area accounted for the largest 41.48%,the area of type 2 service agglomeration area accounted for 30.88%,the area of type 3 service agglomeration area accounted for 13.47%,and the area of type 4 service agglomeration area accounted for the smallest area,accounting for 0.83%.(5)Based on the identification of spatial trade-offs and the evaluation of the multi-functional service value of the ecosystem,the paper proposes countermeasures for the ecological protection and policy formulation of natural resources in Jiangsu Province.First,to establish and perfect the natural resources value evaluation system;Second,to improve the technical standards of natural resources assessment;Thirdly,the multifunctional spatial layout of the ecosystem is optimized.Fourth,the construction of ecological multi-function value compensation mechanism.
