Research On The Improvement Of Production Efficiency Of HL Mining Group From The Perspective Of Lean Production

As one of the mainstay industries in national economy development,mining plays a decisive role in economic development of our country.The healthy development of iron ore enterprises is of great significance to ensuring national livelihood and national defense security.Although the global economic recovery has created a favourable market environment for the development of iron ore mining enterprises,the impact of international market fluctuations and the domestic policy environment has shrunk the living space of iron ore mining enterprises,especially private enterprises,as evidenced by the fierce competition in the global iron ore market and the strengthening of domestic environmental regulations,while private iron ore mining enterprises themselves also suffer from mismanagement and inefficient operation.In this context,improving production efficiency has become an important way for iron ore mining companies to build their competitive advantage and cope with the external environment.This paper combines lean production theory with actual research data and data to optimize the production efficiency of HL.The main work is as follows:(1)systematically sort out the research on lean production application,production process optimization and enterprise production efficiency improvement,summarize the current effective paths for production efficiency improvement in iron ore mining enterprises,and combine the industrial engineering research ideas to cover the analysis framework,research methods and technical routes for HL’s production efficiency improvement research;in addition,this paper elaborates on the concept of production efficiency,lean production and process management and other related theories(2)Combined with the current situation and problems of production efficiency in HL mining enterprise,two improvement paths of production process improvement and effective production time optimisation were established,and tracking analysis was carried out around the above paths to obtain the reasons for low production efficiency;(3)With the help of production line balancing method,5W1 H,5M1E and hierarchical analysis method,based on production process improvement and discussing the improvement paths and optimisation solutions for production efficiency in HL mining enterprises based on two aspects,namely production process improvement and production time optimisation,respectively.The findings of the study are as follows:(1)HL continues to suffer from low productivity,mainly due to production process issues such as "empty shifts",poor workflow arrangements,low levels of human capital,high levels of production equipment failure and high mining cost burdens."(2)In terms of production process,the "Production Line Balance Method-5W1 H & ECRS" was used to identify bottlenecks and improvement paths,with the rock drilling process being the bottleneck,and reducing the process time in this process is the optimal path to improve production efficiency.(3)In terms of effective production time management,the main factors contributing to the production time process were selected with the help of the "5M1E-Hierarchical Analysis Method",covering three categories and four aspects: employees,machinery and equipment,process methods and the optimal solution was arrived at by assigning weights to"mechanised advancement as the core" according to the scheme level.The findings of the study are important for improving the production efficiency of mining enterprises and increasing the quality and capacity of mineral resources production.
