The operating environment of offshore crude oil pipelines is relatively complex,and once a pipeline leakage accident occurs,it will cause very serious damage to the marine ecological environment.Due to the unknown and unpredictable nature of oil spills,pollution caused by marine oil spills is often difficult to detect and control in time,resulting in the spread of pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the oil spillage mechanism and risk control method of marine crude oil pipeline.In this paper,the mechanism and risk control method of oil spillage and spillage of offshore crude oil pipelines are studied,and certain progress has been made in the research of oil pipeline leakage dispersion behavior,pipeline leakage location,process control and emergency response,which provides a theoretical reference for improving the risk assessment and control of subsea crude oil pipeline leakage.The main research progress is as follows:1.Research on the leakage and dispersion behavior of subsea crude oil pipelinesThe coupling effects of ocean currents and waves are considered,and a leakage diffusion model of offshore crude oil pipelines is established.Simulate the dispersion of crude oil in seafloor soil and seawater under the action of ocean currents and waves.The influence of key parameters such as crude oil release rate,soil porosity,oil density,and current velocity on oil dispersion was analyzed,so as to reveal the transport behavior of crude oil leaked by offshore crude oil pipeline in the subsea environment.By numerical fitting of crude oil diffusion database in multiple scenarios,a regression model for predicting crude oil diffusion parameters is established to predict crude oil float time and spillage location.2.Research on the identification method of leakage pipe section of subsea crude oil pipelineBayesian networks were used to model the chain of spills from offshore crude oil pipelines.Based on the process simulation software,the dynamic leakage model of the whole process of the offshore crude oil pipeline is established,the leakage pressure change of the pipeline is extracted,the node state discretization of the submarine crude oil leakage accident chain model is carried out to calculate the probability of pipeline leakage,and the most likely leakage pipe section is updated in real time based on Bayesian network diagnosis,so as to realize the priority division of pipeline leakage pipe section and reduce the consequences of subsea crude oil pipeline leakage accident.3.Research on oil spill risk management for offshore crude oil pipeline spillsA decision-making method for marine oil spill risk control based on optimal risk and cost effectiveness was proposed.Based on Bayesian network model,the main risk factors and probability of marine oil spills and the ecological and environmental risks faced were evaluated;The prevention and emergency handling measures of offshore crude oil pipeline leakage accidents are added to the Bayesian network model,and the implementation cost and effect of different measures are considered to construct a decision-making model for the risk control of marine oil spills.This method can reduce the possibility of offshore crude oil pipeline leakage and the environmental impact due to leakage,and determine the best offshore crude oil pipeline leakage risk control decision.
