| With the increasing contradiction between ecological resources and urban construction,the impact of heat wave and air pollution on the city is becoming increasingly prominent.How to create a comfortable urban environment seems to be an important issue of common concern to the whole society.At the same time,urban resilience is valued by everyone in urban planning.The research on heat wave and air pollution guided by the concept of urban ecological resilience can reduce the impact of the two disturbances and provide a new opportunity to guide the benign development of cities.However,the current attention on heat wave and air pollution is mainly presented in the way of two separate disturbances,and the studies from the combined perspective are mostly focused on the ventilation environment,which is relatively single.Few research have studied the two disturbances with the concept of urban ecological resilience.So taken the center of the study area,this paper studied the coupling relationship between heat wave and air pollution.Meanwhile,this paper evaluated the ecological resilience of Tianjin and proposed optimizing strategies at city and block level.First,by analyzing the connotation of heat wave and air pollution,this paper obtained the characteristics of high coupling in time and space.Based on the coupling relationship between two kinds of disturbance,this paper chose the land,green space,water,building,roads,facilities to extract some indicators.Then,the indicators were associated with the intrinsic attributes of ecological resilience,and the evaluation system of ecological resilience was constructed by AHP-entropy weight method.Secondly,the center of Tianjin was divided into 94 units according to the administrative streets,and the ecological resilience comprehensive index and spatial distribution map of Tianjin center were obtained.According to the intrinsic attributes of ecological resilience,different areas with low resilience were identified and the ecological resilience problems in the central urban area of Tianjin were summarized.And based on the 4R attributes,the optimization strategies of ecological resilience were proposed.Finally,nine typical blocks were selected to study the ecological resilience of the block.ENVI-met was used to analyze the current situation of the block and obtained their ecological resilience performance.Then the optimization strategies were provided.Putianli and Guyi Street with poor environmental status were selected as typical block samples,and ecological resilience optimization measures were applied.Through the final simulation of ENVI-met,it is verified that the strategy has an obvious effect on the improvement of block air quality and thermal environment.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Heat wave and air pollution are highly coupled in time and space;(2)Improving the overall spatial diversity of ecological resilience should rely on intrinsic attributes;(3)The optimization strategy of ecological resilience at block level should increase active measures and strengthen passive awareness.Based on the concept of ecological resilience,this paper studied heat wave and air pollution.On the one hand,in response to the heat wave and air pollution in cities,this paper put forward the solution for constructing the ecological resilient city.On the other hand,this paper also deepened the study of the theory of the urban ecological resilience,strengthened the integration between the different disciplines,and expanded the research field of urban and rural planning. |
