With the continuous advancement of urbanization,under the dual pressure of land resource shortage and population density growth,many coastal cities have adopted land reclamation and high-density urban construction models to improve land use and urban operation efficiency.However,too many manual interventions and construction activities have made cities,especially high-density central urban areas,become heat sources with high carbon emissions and high energy consumption,and have produced a series of urban climates such as heat island effect,dry island effect and rain island effect.problem.In the context of China’s ecological priority and high-quality development,how to improve the microclimate of coastal high-density cities,create high-quality urban spatial environmental quality,and improve the comfort of block space has become an unavoidable key issue in the process of urban development.The research on microclimate comfort and the quality of space environment has always been the focus of research in various related disciplines.However,the author found that although the research on comfort is relatively mature in the field of microclimate,the focus is on heat The construction of single-element comfort evaluation models such as comfort and wind comfort lacks a composite study with the space environment.On the other hand,the research on the quality of space environment in the field of urban planning mostly stays in the study of single space design elements such as space scale,space structure,and space interface based on design aesthetics,and lack of microclimate elements such as temperature,wind,and solar radiation.Superimposed comprehensive research on the impact of space environment quality.Therefore,when discussing space comfort,this article firstly explores the influencing factors of microclimate environment and spatial environmental quality based on microclimate theoretical research and urban planning theoretical research,and on this basis,according to the existing evaluation system and the microclimate of typical blocks Actual measurement and simulation further summarize the influencing factors of space comfort.Based on this,the specific evaluation indicators of the target layer,criterion layer,element layer and index layer of the space comfort evaluation system from the perspective of microclimate are selected,and the index weights of each layer are determined through the expert scoring method and the AHP weight analysis method.Index quantification method and evaluation result classification method,and finally build a space comfort evaluation system model from the perspective of microclimate.Select the core area of the historical urban area of Macau as the evaluation object,use ENVI-MET microclimate software and GIS and other spatial analysis software to simulate and calculate the data of various indicators,and calculate the evaluation results of its spatial comfort.Through the analysis and research of the results,the problems and deficiencies in the microclimate environment and spatial environmental quality of the core area of the historical city of Macau are put forward.Finally,a block renewal strategy based on the evaluation of space comfort is proposed.It is hoped that the research ideas and evaluation methods can provide new ideas and ways for the renewal and transformation of historical districts in the future,and contribute to the improvement of the space comfort of historical districts and the creation of high-quality space quality for people.
