| Fundamental geo-entity is the main data content of the transformation and upgrading from traditional surveying and mapping to new fundamental surveying and mapping,and carrying out the 3D real scene construction of China.It is the basic unit connecting the economic and social data and the business data of various departments.Based on the research on spatial identity coding rules of fundamental geo-entity,this paper aims at the problem that multi-source data cannot accurately connect with basic geographic entity and data resources cannot efficiently circulate due to the inconsistency and non-persistence of fundamental geo-entity spatial identification code.On the basis of the comparative study of current mainstream identification systems,The MA identification system of fundamental geo-entity suitable for new fundamental surveying and mapping and 3D real scene is designed,and a series of exploration real scene is carried out.MA identification system of fundamental geo-entity aims to serve as a unified base during data exchange to provide a bridge or link for data communication between different business data of cities,and try to provide a scientific and feasible solution to the existing information island problem,the main research contents are as follows.(1)Identification system establishment: Analyze the causes of data sharing difficulties,study the current domestic and foreign mainstream identification systems and grid location coding,and propose to build fundamental geo-entity identification system based on China’s independent and controllable MA identification system.The fundamental geo-entity MA identification system is designed and planned,the system framework is constructed,and four key parts including identification coding,identification registration,identification analysis and identification application are studied.(2)Sign rule making: study the globally unique sign coding rules that can provide the function of space base,and think and design how to code and use the extended domain;The hierarchical structure and registration method of MA identification system are studied,the hierarchical structure of MA identification of fundamental geo-entity is established,and the registration and rules of nodes and fundamental geo-entity are designed.Based on the research of node structure and coding structure of fundamental geo-entity MA identification system,the method of node parsing and data parsing rules is developed.(3)Identification application verification: In combination with the 3D real scene China Construction project being carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources,the proposed system framework and rules are constructed and practiced,and the construction of fundamental geo-entity MA global industry root node,first-level node(national home node),second-level node(Xi ’an node)and recursive analytic node are realized.The application scenario of data sharing based on MA identity of fundamental geo-entity is explored,and the original intention of using MA identity to connect business information and promote information sharing is verified. |
