| The development of recycling and remanufacturing technology innovation strategies by power battery recycling enterprises is not only to comply with the requirements of enterprise development,but also an important means for enterprises to achieve competitive transcendence.In the current new energy field to which power batteries belong,under the background of high-tech certification and tax reduction subsidies by the government,how to choose strategic innovation or substantive innovation to maximize the benefits of enterprises has become an important issue facing enterprises.In view of this,this study introduces the analytical perspective of evolutionary game theory,analyzes the process of different strategic behavior choices between enterprises and consumers in order to maximize their own interests under the background of high-tech enterprise certification tax reduction subsidies,constructs an evolutionary game model and simulation model between enterprises and consumers,and intuitively and vividly shows the whole process of enterprise and consumer game.This paper first takes Company N as the research object,focuses on the company’s "open source cost reduction" plan,and focuses on its high-tech enterprise innovation strategy.The analysis of the problems encountered in promoting the choice of high-tech innovation strategies includes: how to consider consumers’ innovation preferences and how to consider government regulations to maximize the benefits of innovation strategy choices.Then,based on the above background,a two-sided evolutionary game model composed of Company N and its consumers is constructed,and an innovation strategy selection model that considers the influence of consumers’ innovation preferences is established.Through model solving and analysis of model results.Model parameters are selected according to real data,and conclusions are drawn through simulation on the basis of setting parameters.In the process of selecting innovative strategies,enterprises do not need to consider too much about the actual experience of consumers;At the same time,no matter what the original intention of the company,under the current parameter constraints,it will eventually converge in the direction of strategic innovation.Then,government regulations are introduced to examine the reality of random inspections by higher-level governments,so as to enhance the realism of the model.Finally,the game of a real-life case taking Company N as an example is examined.Based on the actual data of the case and the relevant literature data,the parameters of the model are quantified,and the built three-way evolutionary game model is used for simulation,and under the current consideration of the local government game subject,under the constraints of the current parameters,the enterprise will eventually converge towards substantive innovation.The influence of relevant parameters on the stability of the system is studied and conclusions are drawn.Enterprises should pay more attention to the subsidy coefficient given by the government and the penalty coefficient for strategic innovation detected by the government.The research conclusion of the thesis not only provides management suggestions for the implementation of innovation strategy selection of N company,but also can provide reference for other companies to implement innovation strategy and government supervision industry. |
