In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards,cars have become the necessities of people's daily travel.With the increase of the number of vehicles,its appendages such as automobile exhaust are increasingly polluting the environment.In order to solve this problem,new energy vehicles come into being in time.New energy vehicles use electric energy as power source,which is a long-term solution to replace petroleum fuel by vehicles.In recent years,China's new energy vehicle industry has gradually improved in production technology,but in terms of Battery recovery,the technology is obviously insufficient.If the waste batteries can not be effectively recycled in our daily life,it will cause irreversible pollution to our environment.Therefore,this paper first briefly describes the recycling status of waste power batteries in China,and then introduces the related concepts and theories involved in this paper.Based on the extended producer responsibility system,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model for the behavior of the government,power battery manufacturers and consumers in the recycling process of waste power batteries,and analyzes the stability.Finally,the system dynamics simulation analysis is used to further demonstrate the stability and feasibility of the waste battery recycling game model.Through the analysis of the main factors affecting the tripartite recycling,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the environmental benefits brought by the power battery manufacturers or consumers participating in the recycling will not affect the decision-making of the whole recycling system;(2)the greater the reputation benefits brought by the power battery manufacturers actively participating in the recycling,the lower the cost of participating in the recycling,the more beneficial to the power battery industry Pool manufacturers participate in recycling.Secondly,the proportion of government supervision on power battery manufacturers will also affect their decision-making of recycling.The larger the proportion of government supervision,the more likely the manufacturers are to actively participate in recycling;(3)for consumers,the lower the cost of human resources invested,the higher the unit recycling income,the more conducive to consumers' active participation in the recycling system.Secondly,for consumers,the more they actively participate in the decision-making,the more they will affect manufacturers and make them actively participate in the recycling of used batteries;(4)when the government makes a strict regulatory decision,the greater the proportion of power battery manufacturers participating in the recycling,but it does not affect the proportion of consumers participating in the recycling system.
