Quinoline and its derivatives are found in many natural products as a very important family of heterocyclic compounds,and exhibit extensive biological activityies,such as anti-HIV,anticancer,antivral,and antimicrobial,shows wide applicate prospect.Especially,heterocyclic compounds fused to a quinoline ring are found in many natural products as well as in synthetic compounds.This paper“Investigation on Synthesis of the new heterocycle-fused[1,6]naphthyridines”related content consists of the following four parts:In the first part,the recent advance on the property,synthesis,application and multicomponent reactions of quinoline and its derivatives were reviewed on the basis of the relevant a large number of literatures.In the second part,we used 2-(chloromethyl)quinoline-3-carboxylate compounds as raw material reacted with nucleophilic reagents contain cyano under condensation reaction to obtain heterocycle-fused[1,6]naphthyridine-8-one compounds.In the third part,we used 2-bromomethyl-3-acetylquinoline compounds as raw material reacted with nucleophilic reagents contain cyano under condensation reaction to obtain heterocycle-fused[1,6]naphthyridine compounds.In the fourth part,we used 2-cyanomethyl-4-phenylquinoline-3-carboxylate as raw material with DMFDMA condensation,cyclization reaction with amine to obtain heterocycle-fused[1,6]naphthyridine one derivates.The structures of all compounds were characterized by IR,~1H-NMR spectrum.
