Particularly, those containing one or two heteroatoms fused to aquinoline ring have been popular targets of synthesis due to their well-known potentantibacterial activity.This paper “Investigation on Synthesis of the new heterocyclic compounds Based onquinoline-2-one†related content consists of the following four parts:In the first part, the recent advance on the synthesis, activity, applications ofquinoline-2-one and its derivatives were reviewed on the basis of the survey of the relevanta large number of literature.In the second part, we used1-methyl-3-acetyl-4-hydroxyquinoline-2-one as rawmaterial for the synthesis of quinolin[4,3-b]pyran-4,5-dione derivatives underwentoxidative cyclization of1-methyl-3-cinnamoyl-4-hydroxyquinoline-2-one, synthesizedfrom condensation between1-methyl-3-acetyl-4-hydroxyquinoline-2-one with aromaticaldehydes in the presence of piperidine, by using iodine in I2-DMSO has been described.In the third part, we used1-methyl-3-acetyl-4-hydroxyquinoline-2-one as rawmaterial for the synthesis of furan[3,2-c]quinoline-3,4-dione derivatives underwentcyclization of1-methyl-3-bromineacetyl-4-hydroxyquinoline-2-one, synthesized fromcondensation between1-methyl-3-acetyl-4-hydroxyquinoline-2-one with bromide, byusing aromatic aldehydes has been described.In the fourth part, with4-brominemethyl quinoline-2-one as reaction raw materials forthe synthesis of benzene[b]benzofruan[2,3-e][1,6]naphthyridine-8-one derivativesunderwent cyclization of4-(3-aminobenzofuran)quinoline-2-one, synthesized fromcondensation between4-bromomethylquinoline-2-one with salicylic nitrile, by usingaromatic aldehydes has been described in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid.The structures of all compounds were characterized by IR,1H-NMR spectrum. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | quinoline-2-one, synthesis, quinolin[4,3-b]pyran-4,5-dione, furan[3,2-c]quinoline-3,4-dione, benzene[b]benzofruan[2,3-e][1,6]naphthyridine-8-one | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
