Abstract/Summary:
Rosin is a kind of natural renewable resources,its main composition is rosin resin acid,has preliminarily established there are 13 kinds of resin acid and its structure on the uniqueness of the rosin resin acid and its derivatives has many excellent properties,are widely used in rubber,coating,papermaking,soap and biological activity.But for rosin resin acid and its derivatives on the basis of physical property data is not comprehensive enough,in this paper,5 kinds of resin acid derivatives on the basis of physical properties and thermodynamic properties was this paper studied,for the processing of rosin resin acid derivatives research provide some data to support.The main research content is as follows:Using group contribution method(Joback,CG and MXXC method)of dehydroabietic amine,dihydrogen rosin amine,four rosin amine,dehydroabietic amine hydrogen cyanide and maleic rosin nitrile groups split,in order to estimate the physical property data,such as boiling point,melting point,critical temperature and critical pressure,critical volume,The average deviation is not more than 4%;thermodynamic properties,such as the standard formation enthalpy,constant pressure heat capacity and standard gibbs free energy is generated,The average deviation is not more than 6%.Single factor method and orthogonal experiments were used respectively to measure the dehydroabietic amine,disproportionated rosin nitrile,to optimize the preparation and purification process of maleic rosin nitrile,get the optimal experiment scheme and repetitive experiments,the result of infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis of the test,Dehydroabietic amine and the purity of maleic rosin nitrile were 97.2%and 97.82%respectively,the values are higher than the existing literature.Through poor thermal analyzer,DSC and TG curve of dehydroabietic amine and maleic rosin nitrile melting point,and thus calculate the melting enthalpy,standard molar melting entropy and heat capacity.By measuring oxygen bomb calorimeter dehydroabietic amine and maleic rosin nitrile to determine the heat of combustion,calculated constant pressure heat of combustion,constant volume combustion heat,standard molar enthalpy of combustion and standard molar enthalpy.The measured data and theoretical estimates are compared,the average deviation is less than 4%.
