China has gradually changed from a textile country to a textile power.With the reduction of the demographic dividend and the continuous improvement of environmental protection policies,the problem of large consumption of chemicals and energy in the textile printing and dyeing industry has gradually emerged,and the problem of printing and dyeing wastewater discharge needs to be solved urgently.The new printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology is also constantly developing.However,at present,it mainly focuses on the overall discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater.There are few researches on the wastewater generated in the various processes of the printing and dyeing process.In particular,Xinjiang textile enterprises are more lack of due detection and research.It is especially important to master the source of pollutants,which can provide the basis for enterprises for production,energy conservation and emission reduction.In this paper,the data of chemical consumption and energy consumption of textile enterprise in Xinjiang were tracked and counted,and the discharged wastewater of dyeing and finishing process for pure cotton towel and loose cotton were tested and analyzed.the specific research content of this paper and the research results obtained are as follows:In the first part,the consumption of chemicals and energy in dyeing and finishing workshop in recent year is statistically analyzed,and the energy and chemical consumption per unit of production are calculated by tracing the dyeing and finishing products of shallow,middle and deep processes.According to the consumption of dye,water,electricity and energy in the enterprise towel dyeing and finishing workshop in2018,the consumption of dyes,chemicals and energy per unit product in 2018 is converted,that is,the consumption of electricity per unit product of towel dyeing and finishing workshop is 793.6 k Wh/t,the consumption of water is 143 t/t.The consumption of steam is 15.58 t/t.By tracing three kinds of different process products,the dyeing and chemical materials of different process products are obtained.And water consumption,that is:dark fabric unit consumption of 160 tons of fresh water,110 tons of light color,120 tons of medium color.In the second part,the water quality analyzer is used to detect and analyze the pollutant indexes of waste water produced by processes of overflow dyeing machine and loose cotton.For towel and loose cotton,the wastewater produced by a series of pre-treatment,dyeing and finishing processes were collected,and the ammonia nitrogen,sulfides,total phosphorus and chemical oxygen content in the wastewater were detected.The content of chromaticity and the influence of the amount of dyeing and chemicals used in each process on the pollutant index were discussed.The results show that the use of organic dyes and chemical auxiliaries produced by towel bleaching process of alkali-oxygen,has a great contribution to each pollution index in wastewater.The usage of dyeing and chemical materials directly affects the sewage index,and there is a significant positive correlation between dyeing wastewater chromaticity,CODCr value and the amount of dye used.And there is a positive correlation between dyeing wastewater chromaticity,CODCr value and the amount of dye.The introduction of free ammonia and ammonium ions into quaternary ammonium softener can increase the content of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater.The results show that the impurities removed from cotton and dyes used in processes are one of the main sources of organic pollutants in dyeing wastewater,in which the amount of dye is positively related to the chemical oxygen demand in the wastewater.The content of total phosphorus and sulfide in the waste water of loose cotton is mainly related to the soap detergent used in the washing process.The low temperature pretreatment agent can reduce the p H value of the traditional pre-treatment process;Without chlorine dioxide and hexavalent chromium were introduced in the towel and loose cotton process.And the organic pollutants in the wastewater processes are the environmental priority pollutants by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
