There are management problems faced in the warehousing,utilization,storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals in the laboratory,which can easily lead to the occurrence of safety accidents.Effective management of hazardous chemicals in all aspects of the laboratory life cycle is imminent.To the needs of laboratory safety management,this thesis applies deep learning and internet of things(IoT)technology to research on the intelligent management of laboratory hazardous chemicals and their wastes.The contributions are as follows:1)Analyze the existing laboratory information management system(LIMS)for laboratory management and the problem that software cannot effectively restrict operators,and summarize the needs for hardware restrictions on hazardous chemicals storage and access,combined quick response code(QR code),IoT technology with LIMS,a set of IoT system and B/S mode management software for hazardous chemicals access is designed and developed,including main modules such as smart lock and QR code scanning,to realize the effective management of the storage and access of hazardous chemicals.2)Aiming at the management of low-risk hazardous chemicals used widely and frequently,large dosage and low control level,the SlowFast algorithm is selected for the identification of the behavior of human taking chemicals by comparing the characteristics of different algorithms.Then identification software for taking hazardous chemicals in the laboratory was designed and developed,which includes record and mark of behaviors,and realizes the intelligent management of low-risk hazardous chemicals.3)In view of the lack of safety monitoring waste storage facilities for laboratorial hazardous chemical,it is summarized that the monitoring requirements of laboratorial hazardous chemical waste while considering the convenience of operation,then a monitoring system was design and developed,which includes a set of non-contact status monitoring device and management software.The device includes controller,status detection sensors,abnormal alarm and other modules,which can monitor temperature,liquid level and concentration of dangerous gas released of hazardous chemical waste in storage facilities in real-time.The above three systems realize the life cycle management of hazardous chemicals in laboratories,those are integrated into a piece of software as an intelligent monitoring and management system for laboratorial hazardous chemicals,which realizes the standardized storage and access of hazardous chemicals in laboratories and the effective monitoring of waste,and reduces the safety risk of laboratories.
