| With the continuous improvement of living standards and the popularization of modern communication technology,mobile phones have become a medium for obtaining information and convenient communication in modern life.People’s high dependence on mobile phones all the time has catalyzed a new group of phubbers crossing streets.In the process of crossing the street,the attention of phubbers is completely occupied by the mobile phone,which is easy to cause the risk of crossing the street.Targeted persuasion measures are needed to change the behavior and attitude of this group.Therefore,this project will solve the problem of phubbers crossing the street through persuasive design.This subject takes phubbers crossing streets as the research object,adhering to the persuasive design theory for design practice.Firstly,it summarizes the theory and technology of persuasion,sorts out the relevant knowledge of persuasive design,analyzes its behavior form and behavior model,and explores the mode and method of persuasive design.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the behavioral risks and influencing factors of phubbers crossing the street,and evaluates them through user interviews and questionnaires.Then,according to the evaluation results of influencing factors and the basis of persuasive design,12 persuasion strategies are proposed,and they are screened through the scale.Finally,it is found that the strategy of setting up a ground-based light warning system is more favored by the public.Then,the eye movement experiment was used to explore the distraction of phubbers crossing the street with the color and form of the existing ground lights,and to analyze the objective indicators such as eye movement heat map,AOI average fixation time,AOI total fixation times and AOI total visit times.Displaying a flickering yellow light is better for distraction in phubbers.Therefore,two sets of persuasive system designs for phubbers crossing streets were designed with the flickering yellow light as the design element.Finally,through the Likert scale,four indicators of safety,effectiveness,aesthetics and popularization are selected for final evaluation of the design scheme,which provides a certain reference for the persuasive design research to improve the behavior of phubbers crossing streets.This project expands the application of persuasive theory in crossing traffic facilities,and solves the problem of phubbers crossing the street.Combined with user interviews,questionnaire surveys and eye movement study,a persuasive design practice is carried out for phubbers crossing streets.A system design to improve pedestrian risk behavior is explored,reducing the traffic safety risk caused by phubbers. |
