Abstract/Summary:
The difficult problem of treatment of coal waste pile is spontaneous combustion,and the key of treatment of this is to understand the distribution of fire.Local high temperature is one of the most important characteristics,so temperature can be used as the most direct indicator.Using thermal infrared equipment to detect the surface temperature can effectively locate the thermal anomaly area,and more targeted to put out the fire.This paper,combined with the basic theory of thermal infrared remote sensing and UAV low-altitude photogrammetry,uses UAV equipped with dual optical sensors to monitor the surface temperature,coupling temperature with spatial coordinate,and can realize the rapid location of the thermal anomaly area,and greatly reduce the possibility of workers directly contacting the fire area.The advantages of this method are short revisiting period,convenient operation and fast data processing,and it can be used to grasp the distribution of heat source and carry out early warning and management of spontaneous combustion hazards.A set of operational procedures was designed for monitoring the surface temperature by UAV,including image acquisition method,data processing process and thermal infrared image output process.A set of surface temperature correction methods was summarized for UAV measurement through experiment,in other words,the temperature observed by UAV was corrected by distance and whole area temperature,based on the ground temperature at the characteristic point.After mathematical model correction,the measurement accuracy of surface temperature can reach ±2.5℃.A method based on UAV was proposed of surface temperature field construction of coal waste pile.The UAV thermal infrared image,visible image and DEM were superimposed to display by Arc Scene program,and DEM as the surface elevation was used to visually express temperature and coordinates in four dimensions.The model of surface temperature field had obvious display effect of temperature and clear texture,and can realize the convenient display of temperature,plane coordinate and elevation through the human-computer interaction,which has important information reference value for the management of coal waste pile.In this study,the temperature measurement accuracy of UAV was greatly improved,which can be used as the basic for deep temperature detection of coal waste pile.
