| Since the 19th CPC National Congress,the national strategies of “Beautiful China”and “rural revitalization” have both highlighted the great importance to ecological livability.The CPC Central Committee,The CPC Central Committee,The State Council and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs have issued documents several times,requiring strengthening rural environmental protection,vigorously promoting ecological civilization construction,and laying a solid ecological and environmental foundation for rural revitalization and sustainable development.As the main body of rural revitalization strategy,farmers’ ecological moral level is related to whether the goal of ecological moral level is related to whether the goal of ecological civilization construction and rural comprehensive revitalization strategy can be truly realized.Therefore,strengthening farmers’ ecological moral education is crucial and far-reaching,because it can deepen farmers’ ecological moral cognition,help farmers to develop good ecological behavior habits,forge their ecological moral will,cultivate and stabilize their ecological moral emotion,and ultimately conducive to the overall improvement of farmers’ comprehensive quality.In other words,conducting ecological moral education for farmers and constantly improving the education level is an important guarantee to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,solve the problems of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,and realize the series of strategic goals of rural ecological livability.In view of this,this paper is mainly in the background of rural revitalization strategy,clarify the relevant theoretical concept,from the ecological livable core indicators of farmers ecological moral quality,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and individual interview,Jiangsu province,380 villagers,find out the local ecological environment quality status quo,local farmers ecological literacy and farmers ecological moral education status quo,problems and difficulties,the paper explores the reasons behind the existing problems,supplemented by quantitative and qualitative analysis.The study found that the above problems are related to the weak farmers’ cultural knowledge,low ecological and technical literacy,weak public awareness,single publicity and education channels,lagging system construction,not obvious economic development and guarantee force,lack of excellent cultural traditions,and the lack of local culture and identity of farmers.Based on this,this paper suggests to develop rural education,strengthen ecological technology training,in order to improve the level of farmers’ culture and technical literacy,at the same time in how to enhance farmers to local ecological culture tradition,ecological moral education activities and collective identity to provide new ideas,and how to broaden the channels of farmers’ ecological moral education development,enrich its form,and how to through system construction and economic development to strengthen the security put forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
