| With the increasing competition in the global market and the continuous development of science and technology,many manufacturing enterprises gradually began to implement information management.In the aspect of NC resource management,there are many problems,such as the lack of control of NC program distribution,the inability of version management,the inability of real-time monitoring of equipment status,the lack of management of tool resources and so on.Therefore,for the numerical control resource management of a domestic tobacco machinery limited liability company,a digital workshop numerical control resource management system is researched and developed to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.Firstly,according to the business logic relationship of the enterprise,the overall control process of the NC resource control system is designed,and the overall scheme planning of the system is put forward.It realizes the functions of uploading,issuing,version management and machining simulation of NC program,and carries out real-time monitoring and data acquisition of the status information of NC equipment in the enterprise’s production workshop,as well as the control of production resources such as cutting tools.Secondly,aiming at the problem of tool life prediction,an evolutionary neural network algorithm is proposed by combining BP network algorithm and genetic algorithm,and the applicability of the algorithm is verified by experiments.Finally,the implementation and interface display of the main functional modules of the system verify the effectiveness of the system development.The system not only improves the efficiency of workshop resource management,but also provides a reference for the research and application of NC resource management and control technology in digital workshop. |
