As the world’s leading producer of chemical products,China now has a complete industrial chain and cost advantages of scale.China’s stable political environment,good business environment and expanding market space have attracted a large number of foreign chemical companies to migrate to China’s market momentum.However,with the end of China’s high economic growth,the deepening of the supply-side structural reform and the global economic slowdown,the industry’s investment has shrunk and excess capacity has been compressed,forcing the industry to upgrade its industrial technology and develop new products for the market,driving the competitive pattern in the industry to gradually gather the superior enterprises.JH enterprises have a leading demonstration role in China’s fluorine chemical industry.This paper selects JH enterprise as the research object,from the theoretical basis related to financial analysis and Harvard analysis framework,combined with the four dimensions of Harvard analysis framework to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of JH enterprise,to understand the current development status and trend of the industry,to provide suggestions for the future business development of the enterprise,and to provide reference for similar enterprises.Through the in-depth study and analysis of this paper,we can see that JH Enterprise is currently in an industry where the market for low-capacity products is compressed and new types of products are needed to open up the market.The company should comply with national industry development policies,enhance environmental awareness,improve R&D technology,accelerate digital upgrading,improve management efficiency,and adhere to green and healthy development in accordance with the requirements of making up for shortcomings,seizing key areas and strengthening weaknesses.
