In the industrial production of purified phosphoric acid,polyphosphate and phosphate at food,pharmaceutical and electronic levels,yellow phosphorus,as the raw material of thermal phosphoric acid,plays an extremely important role.Since2018,with the vigorous development of new energy industry and new energy storage material industry,the demand for electronic grade purified phosphoric acid such as lithium iron phosphate and lithium hexafluorophosphate has increased sharply,and the capacity of yellow phosphorus production enterprises has also increased significantly.As a high energy consumption and high pollution industry,electric furnace yellow phosphorus production produces a large number of yellow phosphorus tail gas,high-temperature furnace gas,yellow phosphorus slag and other pollutants or wastes.Among them,the amount of yellow phosphorus slag is huge,the temperature is very high,and it is molten.At present,most of the treatment processes widely used in most yellow phosphorus production enterprises are wet slag discharge processes.However,it will produce a large number of corrosive low-temperature and low-pressure slag steam discharged unorganized,causing serious environmental pollution problems such as air pollution and visual pollution,and the low-level heat energy in the slag steam will also be wasted.In the past,the temperature and pressure of slag steam were low,so it was difficult to collect and comprehensively utilize it.The research on the recovery and utilization of low-level heat energy in slag steam started late.With the improvement of environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction requirements in recent years,slag steam has been gradually developed and utilized,and its heat energy recovery and utilization has been paid more and more attention.Based on the theory of heat transfer and thermodynamics,this paper adds slag steam collection,heat recovery and tail gas treatment units to the traditional wet slag removal process.Aspen Plus V11 chemical process simulation software is used to simulate the process,analyze the simulation results and find out the key nodes.In combination with the current situation of water quenched slag and slag steam treatment unit of a yellow phosphorus production enterprise in Weng’an county,Guizhou Province,the optimization scheme is put forward,the optimization scheme is simulated,and the key equipment is selected.Through the optimization of process parameters,the improvement of process flow and the change of key equipment types,the purpose of collecting all slag steam in the wet slag removal process of yellow phosphorus slag and recycling most of its heat energy is achieved,It provides guidance and reference for the environmental protection and energy saving transformation of yellow phosphorus production enterprises.
