| Chinese food culture has a long history,and food-related utensils are even more diverse.Among them,traditional cooking utensils,as one of the oldest food utensils,have a very important position and role in the history of human civilization.The southwest region is one of the seven natural geographical divisions in China,with vast land and unique food culture.There are many kinds of traditional cooking utensils and they have developed so far,which has high research value and significance.Therefore,from the perspective of design,this topic combines cultural studies,history,food science and other disciplines,through literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis,case analysis and other methods to design,research and innovatively apply traditional cooking utensils in Southwest China.First of all,based on the types and evolution of traditional cooking utensils in the southwest region involved in this subject,systematic research and investigation are carried out,and the reasons for their evolution and development are discussed.Secondly,from the perspective of design,taking the existing traditional cooking utensils and steamers in Southwest China as examples,the design analysis is carried out in terms of shape,material technology and functional application,and the design characteristics,design evolution and design methods are discussed and summarized.Then,aiming at the traditional cooking utensils in the southwest region,take an example to push the whole,and analyze its design methods in modeling decoration,material technology and functional application,and take the excellent products of modern cooking utensils as an example to analyze and summarize the innovative application methods of traditional cooking utensils.Finally,the innovative application method is applied to the design practice of traditional cooking utensils.Through the research on the current situation of the cooking utensils market,the existing problems are found,the market trend is summarized,and the traditional and modern cooking utensils are analyzed and summarized through the sensory evaluation comparison test of traditional and modern cooking utensils.The design advantages of cooking utensils are used to conduct design research,summarize consumer needs and design directions,and propose design schemes to provide theoretical and practical references for the innovative application and development of traditional cooking utensils.The research of this topic is mainly the combination of theory and practice,through the ancient times and the present,through the theoretical research of the literature and the practical research of the field investigation,on the basis of inheritance,to explore the innovative application methods of traditional cooking and cooking utensils in Southwest China,and carry out innovative applications.Design practice,realize the protection and development of the precious wealth of traditional cooking utensils,inherit the traditional design method of creation,apply it in modern design to create products with cultural characteristics of the southwest region,and better realize the modernization of traditional creations. |
