| With the change of enterprise production and operation environment,the society is also developing and making progress.Corporate social responsibility has become a hot topic discussed by all sectors of society.As an important resource enterprise in China,coal enterprises bear important social responsibilities such as social stability,coordination of environment and resources in the process of production and operation.Establish a scientific social responsibility performance evaluation system of coal enterprises and quantifying the degree of performance of corporate social responsibility can improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to perform social responsibility,improve the disclosure of their own social responsibility information,and promote the comprehensive sustainable development of enterprise economy and social environment.Based on the relevant literature and theories on social responsibility and social responsibility performance evaluation at home and abroad,China Railway Coal Group Co.,Ltd.in the coal mining and beneficiation industry is selected as the research object,and the stakeholders of China Railway Coal Group are clarified.The corporate social responsibility performance evaluation index system model is constructed based on 7 dimensions and 20 indicators: government,investors,environment and resources,employees,consumers,suppliers and society.The entropy weight coefficient method and Excel software are used to quantify the entropy of the corporate social responsibility performance index system,obtain the comprehensive score of the social responsibility performance of Tiemei group from 2014 to 2019,and analyze the six-year longitudinal trend of the performance of Tiemei group’s social responsibility.The results show that the overall social responsibility performance of Tiemei group from 2014 to 2019 shows a sharp rise first and then a slow decline.The company should comprehensively improve the overall level of corporate social responsibility performance from the aspects of environment,suppliers,employees,society and consumers.Through in-depth analysis of the gap and insufficient reasons for the performance of Tiemei group in fulfilling social responsibility from 2014 to 2019,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions in combination with the theories learned.It is hoped to help Tiemei group and more coal enterprises improve their social responsibility performance in the future,highlight their enterprise value and contribute to the social environment. |
