Shearer is the main equipment for coal mining,and the height adjustment of drum is a key technology to realize intelligent coal mining.The drum height adjustment control system has a great influence on the working efficiency of coal mining machinery,and is related to the safe mining and production of underground coal mine resources.In the traditional shearer hydraulic system structure,the electromagnetic reversing valve is generally used for manual control operation.Under the inertial load state,the control stability of the electromagnetic reversing valve is poor and cannot meet the control requirements in time.In order to adapt to the new environmental requirements,the electro-hydraulic proportional technology is used in the traditional shearer height adjustment hydraulic system,and the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve is used to precisely control the flow,so as to meet the demand for the control performance of the shearer drum height adjustment.This paper takes the MG2×160/710-WD thin coal seam shearer as the actual research object of the project.First,the composition and principle of the shearer height adjustment control system were analyzed,and the main components of the shearer height adjustment control system were selected.Then,fuzzy control was applied to the closed-loop PID control of shearer height adjustment.According to the characteristics of fuzzy control,a fuzzy PID controller was designed,and the height adjustment control system was simulated by Simulink.The results showed that the application of the fuzzy PID controller could let the response speed of the entire height adjustment control system faster and the accuracy improved well;then,the fuzzy PID controller was further optimized with the help of particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the simulation of Simulink showed that adding a new control algorithm could make the system dynamic The performance has been further improved,and the expected goal can be achieved;finally,the hydraulic system model was established in AMESim,combined with Simulink for co-simulation,to realize the simulation control research in the mechanical field,hydraulic field and control field.The simulation research of different control algorithms was carried out to analyze the response effect of the system.The results showed that the fuzzy PID control algorithm using particle swarm optimization can make the shearer height adjustment control system with higher precision,faster response and more stability,which is beneficial for coal mining.The research on the height adjustment control of the machine drum provides a reference.Figure [52] Table [9] Reference [86]...
