The rapid development of economy cannot be separated from the promotion of industrialization.In the process of industrial production,iron ions(Fe3+),as one of the heavy metal pollutants,seriously pollute the environment.In addition,with the improvement of people’s living quality of life,the demand for functional textiles increases accordingly.Among the functional spinning products,the luminescent fibers prepared by fiber substrate and luminescent materials have attracted extensive attention because of their low energy consumption and sustainable utilization.Luminescent metal-organic framework materials have the characteristics of structural designability,rich functions and luminescence.It is widely used in the field of fluorescence.Based on the above,a new luminescent metal frame material is prepared in this paper,which not only has guiding significance in the field of fluorescence sensing,but also provides a new strategic support for luminescent fabrics.The main research contents are as follows:1)Using a two-step solvothermal method,zirconium chloride was used as a metal source to coordinate with tetraphenyl porphyrin to form a metal cluster zirconium tetraphenyl porphyrin(Zr TPP),which was then combined with an organic carboxylic acid ligand 1,2-bis(4-carboxybenzene)-1,2-stilbene coordinated to prepare a new one-dimensional luminescent metal-organic framework material,named Zr-MOF.The microscopic morphology,chemical structure and thermal stability of Zr-MOF were characterized by SEM,XRD,UV-vis,FT-IR,TGA,etc.,and the detection of Fe3+was realized by using Zr-MOF as a fluorescence sensor.The results show that the Zr-MOF has a rod-like structure with good thermal stability and fluorescence stability;in the detection of metal ions,Zr-MOF has a high selective recognition of Fe3+.2)A stretchable fluorescent composite fiber,Zr-MOF@PAN/PU fiber,was prepared by wet spinning with polyacrylonitrile/polyurethane(PAN/PU)as fiber substrate and Zr-MOF prepared in 1)as fluorescent material.Its luminescent properties and mechanical properties were studied through various test methods and its application fields were explored.The results show that the mechanical properties of Zr-MOF@PAN/PU fluorescent composite fibers are not affected by Zr-MOF and the luminescent properties are not affected by the fiber substrate,and still have excellent mechanical properties and luminescent properties.In addition,Zr-MOF@PAN/PU fluorescent composite fibers can be directly knitted as light-emitting fabrics for fabric display and security anti-counterfeiting.
