| The landscape applications of other spice plants are used for reference,and the charac teristics of the flower color,florescence and fruiting period of the amomum tsaoko and other spice plants are summarized,It provides a reference for the application of amomum tsaoko plants in ecological landscape planning and design.The fruit with multiple functions of medicine and food were selected as the research object,the oleoresin of fruit were extracted by heat reflux method,ultrasonic method,microwave method and ultrasonic assisted microwave method,and the components were analyzed by gas chromatography time of flight mass spectrometer(GC-TOF-MS).The extraction process of Oleoresin from fruit was optimized.The results showed that:(1)According to the morphological characteristics of leaves,flowers and fruits of amomum tsaoko plants,the ornamental values of the appearance,color and smell were analyzed.And the differences and applications between other spice plants and fruit plants were also analyzed and summarized.(2)A total of 54 compounds of amomum tsaoko oleoresin were identified from the different extraction methods.The main components of amomu m tsaoko Oleoresin were alcohols,aldehydes and esters.The yield of oleoresin and the content of 1,8-cineole of hot reflux method were higher than other extraction methods,which provides a reference for the later optimization of the extraction process of amomum tsaoko oleoresin.(3)Optimal technological conditions for the extraction of amomum tsaoko oleoresin were extraction temperature 75 ℃,solid-liquid 1:20(g/m L),extraction time 7 h,and the yield of amomum tsaoko oleoresin was 9.48%. |
