Blast furnace slag is with by-products produced in the process of iron and steel production,contains a great deal of waste heat has not been used.At present,blast furnace slag water quenching method is mainly used in industrial production,which not only can’t recover high-quality waste heat,but also wastes a lot of water resources and pollutes the environment.The dry centrifugal granulation method solves the shortcomings of the water quenching method,but there is a lack of relevant research on how to efficiently recover of waste heat of blast furnace slag granulating.Therefore,based on the establishment of a fluidized bed waste heat recovery device,this academic paper conducts numerical simulation and experimental study on fluidized heat transfer process of granulated blast furnace slag in fluidized bed.The main research contents of this academic paper are as follows:(1)The fluidized heat transfer process of the granulated blast furnace slag was analyzed,and the relevant fluidization parameters of the granulated blast furnace slag were calculated,and the fluidized heat transfer model of the granulated blast furnace slag in the fluidized bed was established.The control equation of the pulling fluid is combined with the characteristics of the granulated blast furnace slag to close the interphase momentum conservation equation and the interphase energy equation.(2)A Euler-Eulerian two-fluid model was established for the fluidized heat transfer process of granulated blast furnace slag in the fluidized bed,and numerical simulation was carried out according to the characteristics of granulated blast furnace slag.The influence of parameters such as air distribution plate porosity,slag particle size and fluidization wind speed on the fluidization heat transfer characteristics of granulated blast furnace slag was explored;the velocity field in the fluidized bed,gas-solid interface under different working conditions were obtained parameters such as distribution and temperature field.(3)An experimental system of fluidized heat exchange device for granulated blast furnace slag was built,and the fluidization characteristics of the granulated blast furnace slag in the fluidized bed were experimentally studied.The influence of parameters such as air distribution plate through-hole ratio,slag particle size and fluidization wind speed on the fluidization of granulated blast furnace slag in the fluidized bed is mainly studied,and the obtained results are compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation;on this basis,the simulation data related to the heat transfer of the granulated blast furnace slag are used to analyze and calculate the heat transfer efficiency of granulated blast furnace slag in fluidized bed.In summary,numerical simulation and experimental verification of the fluidized heat transfer process of granulated blast furnace slag are carried out in this academic paper,and parameters such as velocity field,gas-solid interface distribution and temperature field in the fluidized bed under different working conditions are obtained.The fluidized heat transfer law and heat transfer efficiency calculation of blast furnace slag in fluidized bed provide the basis,and promote the development of waste heat recovery technology in the fluidized bed of granulated blast furnace slag.
