The rapid development of the construction industry not only increases employment opportunities,but also promotes the development of related industries in the construction industry,which making great contributions to the development of the national economy.However,the frequent occurrence of safety accidents during construction projects will not only cause harm to employees but also cause huge economic losses.Although the country attaches great importance to the safety of the construction industry and has issued many laws and regulations on construction safety management,it is still impossible to get rid of the construction safety management from the passive state.Therefore,the prevention and early warning of construction projects is the only way to reduce the occurrence of accidents.In recent years,many scholars have done a lot of research on the safety early warning in to solve the current situation of frequent accidents in the construction industry,and have achieved certain results.However,there is no high-precision and high-applicability security early warning model in China,so it is imminent to build a security early warning model with high prediction accuracy.This paper analyzes the current situation of construction safety management,and finds that the mortality rate caused by major accidents is higher,so it is of great significance to carry out research on construction safety accident early warning.Based on the analysis of the types and laws of construction safety accidents in China since 2011,through the accident causation theory and hazard analysis,combined with the research results of other scholars and relevant literature and laws and regulations,to find out the impact of construction safety accidents in construction projects,SPSS software was used to process the questionnaire data and select the main influencing factors,the finally an early warning index system consists of five first-level indicators and sixteen second-level indicators.By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of common early-warning methods,it points out the advantages of weighted support vector machine for construction safety early-warning of construction engineering.Its main advantage is that it can effectively reduce the influence of the prediction tendency caused by the difference in the number of samples of different categories and improve the accuracy of the early warning model.Using MATLAB software to analyze and process the collected data samples,and by analyzing and comparing the characteristics of several kernel functions,select the kernel function suitable for the early warning model constructed in this study,and use the K-fold cross-validation method to optimize the relevant parameters,so as to Build an early warning model.Finally,the study use the early warning model to analyze the safety early warning of the actual project,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the daily safety management and emergency safety management according to the early warning results output by the early warning model and the actual situation of the project.The study enriches the research on construction safety early warning in China to a certain extent,helps to expand the application field of weighted support vector machine,and is helpful to the improvement and promotion of the current safety management level of construction projects.
