Our country is rich in mineral resources. So far,there are 181 kinds of resources have developed and utilizated,accounted for 12% of the world.In recent years, the rapid rise of the mining industry in our country, beneficial to promote the rapid development of national economy.Mining is a comprehensive industry,involving many aspects ofcontent.The development and utilization of mine resources, on one hand, increasing social wealth, promote the economic development.On the other hand,because of mining technology in China is relatively backward. Low level of equipment, mining order and chaos, the illegal mining banned repeatedly more than, resulting in a large number of mine disaster accumulation, mine disaster of serious accident shows ascendant trend, serious harm to people's life safety, causing serious damage to the ecological environment and restricted the sustainable development of mining enterprises in China,caused the bad social effect at the same time. This paper is made a detailed research on how to improve the safety management level of the company for the important aspect of safety management.In recent years, with the change in the market structure, the company timely adjust management ideas,expand business scope,undertook a large number of mining services, annual production of nearly one hundred million tons of ore.With the expansion of the scale and business areas,increased uncertainty in production safety, risk management,difficulty in keeping low accident rate objectively is more and more big; exposing more and more safety management problems.Security is the core values of an enterprise,it improved the level of safety management,it is helpful to the enterprise of developing better and faster.This paper research on the methods and measures of improving the safety management level of Sinoma Mining from the industrydata ground civilization construction.site safety.construction sitesafety.underground. electricity management three aspects. Through the security design of the site environment and facilities, the improvement of production and safety system, the improve of the mine construction of electricity related facilities safety design and technology, to research method of the level of safety management and measures of the sinoma mining.Through the above three methods and measures to improve the material of mine safety production management level,make the company scientific,systematic, standardized and strengthened materials in the industry, job site safety facilities, signs, identity management, prevent the happening of the accident, this study applies Sinoma Mining construction corporation and the branch company to carry out the open pit and underground mine construction and mining services.
