| Project quality is closely related to people’s life,and is also the basis for the survival of construction enterprises.In recent years,with the development of China’s society and the improvement of economic level,the industrialization process is further accelerated,the coal chemical industry has also developed by leaps and bounds,and a lot of large-scale gasification frame projects have been invested and built across the country.With the continuous development of coal gasification technology,the structure form of gasification frame becomes more and more complex,and the construction quality of gasification frame is affected by many factors and the quality fluctuates greatly,which greatly increases the difficulty of its construction quality risk management.Therefore,the research on construction quality risk management of gasification frame engineering is of positive significance to guarantee the construction quality of the whole project.Based on the theoretical development of quality risk management in engineering construction process and relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper introduces the theories related to construction quality risk management of large-scale gasification frame engineering,and preliminatively grasps the basic knowledge of engineering construction quality risk management,laying a foundation for the follow-up research work.Then,combining with jiangsu Huachang Chemical large-scale gasification frame project,the construction quality risk management is studied and analyzed.First,introduces the basic situation of the project and the construction of the construction quality risk management system,and then,the project construction quality risk factors are analyzed in detail,using project decomposition analysis method,brainstorming method,Delphi method to identify the existence of quality risk factors in the construction.Use analytic hierarchy process and permutation diagram method to determine the weight of each risk factor and the primary and secondary risk factors,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the identified construction quality risk factors and the overall risk level of the project,and then formulate corresponding risk countermeasures according to the evaluation results.Finally,In the construction process strictly implement measures and supervision and control of construction quality risk,and use control chart method to check and verify the effect of construction quality risk management,the effect of construction quality risk management is analyzed from four aspects: quality benefit,period benefit,cost benefit and social benefit.It also points out the direction of improving construction quality risk management of gasification frame engineering and suggestions for continuous improvement.From the final control effect of the construction quality risk of the gasification frame project,this set of construction quality risk management method is more suitable for the management of construction quality risk of such large-scale gasification frame project in the coal chemical industry.This study improves the construction quality risk management control of the gasification frame project to a reasonable level.It fills up some deficiencies in the construction quality risk management of the current gasification frame engineering,reduces the threat of the construction quality risk of the gasification frame engineering,and has certain reference significance for the construction quality risk management of other similar engineering projects. |
