In the future.China will pursue the harmonious development of man and nature as the main direction,and environmental protection will become the necessity of social development.Environmental protection naturally becomes the social consensus and inevitable development.As a clean and efficient energy,gas is related to the daily life of thousands of households,and the high-pressure gas transmission pipeline network plays an important role in supplying gas to the city.At present,the research on gas construction risk management is still in its infancy.This paper mainly combines the characteristics of high-pressure gas construction,and takes the environmental factors,safety factors,economic factors,management factors,and technical factors that have a greater impact on the construction risks as the main risk research object,carries out detailed risk identification,and forecasts the consequences of the risks,and then takes targeted measures to reduce the harmful factors of the risks,so as to achieve risk prevention and project controllability.This paper takes JS high pressure gas construction project as the main research object,combines the construction experience of similar projects,and adopts the case analysis method to conduct a comprehensive risk analysis and research on the construction of high pressure gas projects.The first step is to fully identify the gas pipeline construction risks by using expert investigation method;The second step is to analyze the weight index of each risk factor with the analytic hierarchy process;The third step is to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment;Finally,according to the evaluation results,the countermeasures to solve the problems are proposed,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the risk management of JS high-pressure gas pipeline construction project,and provide some reference for the risk management of similar gas projects.
