| With the advent of the era of intelligent manufacturing,solving the problems of discrete manufacturing and information silos has become a hot issue for research in industry and academia around the world today.The digital twin technology is an effective means of interaction between physical space and digital space,and can provide a new boost to printing intelligence.To address the problem of difficult perception of printing pressure parameter groups in printing equipment,this project takes the printing pressure test bench as the research object,combines simulation technology and digital twin technology,and builds a printing equipment parameter perception system and digital twin system on the basis of analysis of inter-drum pressure to achieve printing pressure parameter data perception and real-time interaction.The specific research work carried out is as follows:(1)Pressure analysis of the printing unit pressing process.Based on the Hertz theory,this study was carried out to determine the distribution of radial printing pressure during the printing process;the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics of the printing cylinders was analysed to obtain the axial printing pressure distribution curve between the cylinders,and the printing pressure data between the cylinders was obtained to provide data support for the subsequent digital twin system of the printing pressure test bench.(2)Construction of a Digital Twin system for printing equipment.Based on the five-dimensional model architecture of the Digital Twin,the framework of the Digital Twin system for printing equipment is proposed.A virtual model construction method for printing equipment is proposed based on the model construction theory,and a virtual model of the printing pressure test bench is built to provide model support for the Digital Twin system of the printing pressure test bench.(3)Printing equipment parameter sensing system development.Based on the existing printing equipment monitoring system,the overall design of the printing equipment parameter sensing system is determined,consisting of a hardware part and a software system.The hardware includes sensors,acquisition cards and other instruments;the software system design of vibration signal acquisition and analysis module is completed based on Lab View,and the data is stored using My SQL database to provide data support for the subsequent development of the Digital Twin system of the printing pressure test bench.(4)Implementation of the Digital Twin system for printing equipment.Combining the printing pressure data obtained from the simulation analysis and the monitoring data of the printing equipment parameter sensing system,the module design and integration development of the Digital Twin system of the printing pressure test bench was carried out to realize the real-time monitoring of the printing pressure and motion status of the test bench. |
