Real Time Monitoring Of Production Parameters In CO₂ Flooding Production Wells

Obtaining accurate production parameters of CO2 flooding production wells is the foundation of the optimization work system and improving production efficiency.But with the process of CO2 flooding,the numbers of production wells with CO2 breakthrough problems will continue to increase with the increase of gas oil ratio and casing pressure,complex production performance.At the same time,there are the characteristics of CO2 corrosion and suffocation,severely restricting the accuracy and safety of production parameters of production wells.Production parameter monitoring research on production wells should be carried out.Basing on 3G network,integrated monitoring technologies of normal production parameters,working fluid level,casing gas composition and real-time monitoring of downhole corrosion,intelligent monitoring technology of production performance parameters has been established to conduct real-time acquirement,remote control and data analysis of production performance parameters of oil production wells.The system has been tested in the carbon dioxide flooding producing oil well.Multiple parameters have been successfully collected and a series of study such as real-time oil-well pump and sucker rod string diagnose,effectiveness evaluation of producing system,changing rules of dynamic liquid level,temperature and pressure(wellhead and down hole)changing analysis,annulus gas components analysis,down hole corrosion status,and the relevance of those studies have been conducted based on those parameters.The results provide a solid basis on improving the management efficiency,the further optimization of carbon dioxide flooding technique,routine producing system,anti-corrosion technique and evaluation of the carbon dioxide flooding technique effectiveness.
