| The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China insisted on promoting green development,promoting environmental pollution prevention and comprehensive utilization of resources,eliminating urban and rural malodorous water bodies,implementing carbon peak and carbon neutralization actions in a planned and step-by-step manner,focusing on improving the level of environmental construction,and promoting the construction of a beautiful China.A series of favorable environmental protection industrial policies have been issued in succession,effectively promoting the rapid development of the industry.At the same time,as more companies have joined the environmental protection industry,the market competition has become increasingly fierce.How to stand firm in the market competition under the complex and changing environment and increasingly fierce competition is an urgent problem for environmental protection companies.As an environmental protection enterprise focusing on water pollution control,Shandong BG Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.provides products and services with lower and lower competitive advantages and faces fierce industrial competition.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to formulate a reasonable competitive strategy.This paper takes Shandong BG Environmental Protection Company as the research object,and makes a systematic study of its competitive strategy using the relevant theories of management.The paper uses PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the external environment of Shandong BG Environmental Protection Company in depth,and uses value chain theory to analyze the internal environment of the company in detail.The research shows that Shandong BG has the advantages of stable core team,flexible organizational structure,rich customer resources,and keen market insight,but also has the disadvantages of small business scale,poor ability to resist risks,weak independent research and development ability,weak investment and financing ability,and inefficient procurement channels.In the face of stricter policies and regulations,serious environmental pollution,green financial support,and increased public awareness of environmental protection Opportunities such as the arrival of the digital era should also actively respond to threats such as economic restructuring,economic slowdown,the increase in the number of industrial enterprises,serious product homogeneity,rising raw material prices,and the improvement of customers’ bargaining power.On this basis,through comparative analysis of the three types of competitive strategies of cost leadership,centralization and differentiation,and using SWOT analysis matrix and QSPM analysis matrix,it is concluded that Shandong BG Environmental Protection Company should choose differentiation strategy to enhance its competitive advantage and further promote its development.This paper believes that Shandong BG Environmental Protection Company should base on its advantages,seize opportunities,rely on national policy support,achieve differentiated positioning in three aspects of products,services and marketing,and create a new development path when implementing the differentiated competition strategy.At the same time,it should strengthen the strategic guarantee in five aspects:strengthening the organizational structure protection,optimizing the allocation of human resources,adhering to the drive of technological innovation,implementing capital guarantee and improving the construction of corporate culture,Improve the competitiveness.The implementation of a series of measures,while ensuring the smooth development and effective implementation of the differentiation strategy,has effectively improved the competitive strength of Shandong BG Environmental Protection Company and laid the foundation for the smooth realization of the strategic objectives of Shandong BG Environmental Protection Company.Finally,I hope that the research in this paper can optimize the competitive strategy of Shandong BG Environmental Protection Company,implement the mission of enterprises to"become high-quality environmental service providers for the government and enterprises through technological innovation and efficient and high-quality services",seize the development opportunities of the industry,integrate resource advantages,help its sustainable and stable development,promote enterprises to remain invincible in the fierce competitive environment,and provide support for the construction of beautiful China.At the same time,I also hope to provide a new idea and method for other environmental protection companies to formulate and implement competitive strategies through this study. |
