Since the 20 th CPC National Congress, the green development of agriculture has always been placed at the top of the construction of ecological civilization.Green development has become the main keynote of agricultural development.Seawater aquaculture is one of the main industries of agricultural development in China’s coastal provinces and an important means of developing marine economy. As one of China’s coastal provinces,Zhejiang Province has a sea area of 260000 square kilometers, and has the largest fishing ground in the country-Zhoushan Fishing Ground, which is rich in marine fishery resources. However, with the rapid development of mariculture in Zhejiang Province,it is also faced with serious damage to the marine ecological environment, backward mariculture technology, and low production efficiency of mariculture fishery. Therefore,in order to respond to the concept of green development, change the mariculture environment in Zhejiang Province, and change the concept of aquaculture,it is necessary to study the green development of mariculture in Zhejiang Province. This thesis studies the green development of marine aquaculture in Zhejiang Province based on the green development theory, sustainable development theory and ecological circular economy theory, and analyzes it from four criteria levels of economic development, scientific and technological innovation, social development and ecological development. The evaluation index system of green development level of marine aquaculture in Zhejiang Province was constructed, and the weight of each index was calculated by entropy weight method.TOPSIS model and coupling coordination model were used to evaluate and analyze the green development level of marine aquaculture in Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2020.The empirical results show that:(1)According to the entropy weight-TOPSIS model, the green development level of the mariculture industry in Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2020 showed a downward-upward-upward trend.(2)According to the entropy weight-TOPSIS model to calculate the relative proximity of each criterion layer, the economic development level of the mariculture industry in Zhejiang Province is rising-sharply declining-rising,and the economic development should continue to be promoted; The level of scientific and technological innovation showed a sharp decline-fluctuation-rise trend.Since scientific and technological innovation showed a decline or fluctuation trend before 2014,it was regarded as the second development perspective; The level of social development shows a rising-declining-rising-declining trend.Since social development has shown a declining trend in recent years,it should be taken as the primary development perspective; The level of ecological development is rising-sharply declining-rising,and we should continue to promote ecological development.(3)From the index weight of each criterion level, scientific and technological innovation has the highest weight, followed by social development, economic development ranks third, and finally ecological development.(4)Based on the coupling coordination analysis of the green development level of the mariculture industry in Zhejiang Province,it can be seen that the four criteria levels hovered up and down between mild imbalance, near imbalance and barely coordination in the seven years from 2005 to2012;From 2013 to 2020,the overall situation showed an upward trend, reaching intermediate coordination in 2020.It can be seen that the coordination mechanism is increasingly stable, but there is still a certain gap between high-quality coordination. Therefore,Zhejiang Province should further strengthen the level of coordination between the various criteria to promote the green development of marine aquaculture.
