In October 2022,the 20 major reports mentioned that ecological and environmental protection should be strengthened at all levels,regionally and throughout the whole process,so as to promote Chinese-style modernization featuring harmonious coexistence between man and nature.But nowadays,the environmental pressure in rural areas is huge,and the consumption of resources and the discharge of pollutants are about to reach the limit.Based on this,the No.1 Central document in 2023 emphasizes the need to steadily promote the construction of livable and career-friendly villages and beautiful villages.In order to ensure the coordinated development of high quality production of grain products,high efficiency and low consumption of rural resources and stability and protection of rural ecological environment in the Yangtze River Delta region,it is urgent to measure the agricultural ecological efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta region reasonably and accurately.In view of this,on the basis of sorting out the concept and theory of Agricultural Eco-Efficiency(AEE),this thesis uses the Super-SBM model which takes the non-expected output into account to empirically measure the AEE in the Yangtze River Delta region during 2000-2020.Based on this,spatial econometric model and panel Tobit model were used to analyze and study the temporal and spatial characteristics and influencing factors of AEE in the Yangtze River Delta region,so as to put forward relevant countermeasures to comprehensively improve AEE in the Yangtze River Delta region and promote the construction of beautiful countryside.Based on the empirical measurement,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Agricultural carbon emissions: from the perspective of time,agricultural carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region decreased year by year,and the pressure on rural ecological environment decreased accordingly;From the perspective of space,the overall agricultural carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Deltag region showed a decreasing trend,and the low-carbon areas gradually increased from the outside to the inside.(2)AEE:from the perspective of time,the overall AEE in the Yangtze River Delta region showed a steady rising trend;From the perspective of space,the AEE in the Yangtze River Delta region developed well from southwest to northeast,and most of the cities had reached the excellent level of efficiency.(3)In terms of influencing factors,the structure of agricultural industry,the level of urbanization,the structure of crop planting,the scale of cultivated land and the intensity of agricultural mechanization in the Yangtze River Delta region have a positive impact.The intensity of fertilizer application,power consumption per unit of output value and urban and rural income had negative effects.Based on the above analysis results,this thesis takes the utilization of agricultural resources,the improvement of agricultural technology,the adjustment of agricultural industry,the return of rural talents,the comprehensive strength of rural areas and relevant systems as the entry point,and puts forward relevant countermeasures that are conducive to comprehensively promoting the stability of rural ecological environment and the efficient development of agricultural industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.
