Forging operator is a kind of key auxiliary mechanical equipment,used for collaborative forging press to realize forging automation and mechanization.In the working process of the forging operation machine,because it has a large weight,it has the characteristics of large load and large inertia,so the forging operation machine will produce a large impact vibration in the start and stop and reverse direction.In addition,when the auxiliary forging press processes the workpiece,the upper anvil of the forging press forces the clamp frame of the forging operator to move downward,which at this time will produce a large impact load on the clamp frame,and the impact load will be transmitted to the mechanical structures such as the clamp frame,lifting tilt mechanism and frame.In the free forging,the forging speed of the press can reach 70 or 80 times per minute,which is easy to cause damage to the forging operator.In order to reduce the impact load and make smooth operation of the forging machine rod,the buffer device is a common device on the forging machine.If the control performance of the hydraulic system of the buffer device is not perfect,it will accelerate the damage of the mechanical transmission components and the hydraulic system components,reduce the performance of the equipment,and seriously affect the speed and overloading dexterity of the operator.The specific research contents of this paper are shown as follows:In the first part,it introduces the working principle and basic structure composition of forging operator,and its common types under different categories;expounds the hydraulic drive and control technology,summarizes the development process of forging operator at home and abroad,analyzes the research background and significance of this subject,and analyzes the main research contents of this subject.In the second part,according to the working characteristics of the forging operator,the paper analyzes the buffer operation of the forging operator,obtains the buffer mechanism of the flat lifting mechanism,the horizontal buffer mechanism and the walking mechanism of the forging operator and the hydraulic control system.In the third part,combined with the working principle of the buffer device and its hydraulic control system,the mathematical model establishes the main components of the hydraulic control system,including lifting cylinder,bidirectional buffer cylinder,hydraulic motor,accumulator and different control valves;it provides basic parameters and theoretical basis for the study of the hydraulic control system of the buffer device.In the fourth part,taking the 30 t forging operator as an example,the 3 D geometric model of the forging operator is established by Solidworks;based on the established geometric model,the multi-body dynamic model of the forging operator is established with the help of ADAMS,combined with the mathematical model and specific parameters of the hydraulic system components of the buffer device,the hydraulic system model of the hydraulic system model is built with the AMESim,and the hydraulic control system of the buffer device is simulated.The fifth part analyzes the joint simulation results,including the parameter analysis of each hydraulic control system and the hydraulic system on the influence of the rod stability.
