The phenomenon that multi-actuators always can’t act simultaneously because of the different load pressure in different loops was found in the system constituted by a pump and multi-loop. A kind of distributing technology of multi-actuators based on the principle of pressure compensation was proposed for a forging manipulator to resolve the problem that multi-actuators can’t act simultaneously. The results show that flow distribution is achieved in the system with different pressures and forging manipulator can act simultaneously through the placement of two-way pressure compensation valves assisted by multi-level shuttle valve blocks before the work of directional valve. The results that the flow of each loop is proportional to the square root of pressure difference of directional valve were achieved on the basis of equal valve’s opening. The effect of pressure differences of directional valves are equal has been achieved by modifying pressure-compensated valves’opening and spool diameters. The main content of this thesis is as follows:The background and significance of this paper were presented. The history and current research process on flow distribution in the forging manipulator hydraulic system when it under compound action was reviewed. The main research subjects were summaried. The reasons why system can’t work normally were found and the optimum proposal of placing two-way pressure compensation valves assisted by multi-level shuttle valve block before the work of high frequency response directional valve were presented.AMESim models of the key hydraulic compoents and system were constructed to simulate the orignal system to analyze the flow distribution characteristic. The improved method was put forward. The improved system is simulated and the influence of key parameters on the flow distribution characteristic were studied. The flow distribution characteristic of improved system and the LUDV ciruit were compared. The research work and research results of this paper were summarized and the future research works were predicted.
