In order to improve the stability of the hybrid fruit peel coagulant(HFP)obtained in the early stage,the inorganic modified fruit peel coagulant(IMHFP)was developed using Si and Fe as the addition elements.The antiseptic HFP coagulant(AHFP)after adding antiseptic stabilizers was used as a contrast agent,the storage stability and coagulation stability of IMHFP were studied,respectively.The coagulation effect of IMHFP was studied by using simulated domestic sewage as the experimental water sample and HFP as the contrast agent.At the same time,IMHFP was microscopically characterized and its coagulation mechanism was preliminarily explored.The research results are as follows.Compared with AHFP,IMHFP has a certain storage stability without adding anticorrosion stabilizers,and can effectively improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment,which can effectively reduce the cost of water treatment.Using HFP as a contrast agent,the effects of coagulant dosage,raw water p H,temperature,turbidity,and settling time on the coagulation effect of IMHFP were studied,and the removal of some specific pollutants were also studied,such as glyphosate,fluorine,and microplastics.At the optimal dosage of 22 mg/L,the removal of turbidity,color and COD by IMHFP were 89.77%,86% and 72%,respectively.Compared with HFP,IMHFP has a wider application p H range.When the water temperature is higher than 25 ℃,the coagulation performance of IMHFP remains basically stable,the turbidity removal rate is above 90%,and the residual turbidity is below10 NTU.IMHFP has a better removal effect on glyphosate,which is better than HFP.The removal rate of IMHFP for fluorine is not high,and the removal rate for microplastics can reach more than 80%.According to the removal of turbidity and color using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,and also based on cost,the coagulation procedure is determined as follows: mixing speed and time are 100 r/min and 150 s;the first stage of flocculation speed and time are 60 r/min and 9 min,and the second flocculation speed and time are 40 r/min and5 min,respectively.The flocs formed by IMHFP are relatively dense inside and have clear boundaries,which can settle faster in a short time.The main component of IMHFP is polysaccharide,which contains-OH,-CH and other functional groups,and its morphology presents a rough and irregular spatial structure,which helps the coagulant to bind more closely with the colloidal particles in the water.The coagulation mechanism of IMHFP is mainly based on adsorption and bridging,supplemented by sweeping net capture,and there is also electrical neutralization. |
