Research On Territorial Management In Yuzhong County Of Lanzhou City Based On Ecological Restoration Pattern

With the rapid development of the global economy,human beings are consuming more and more ecological resources while carrying out various activities,and the negative impact on the natural ecosystem is increasingly serious,mainly as follows: The structure of the ecosystem has been destroyed and the function of the ecosystem to provide ecological services has been gradually weakened.Under this background,China has raised the construction of ecological civilization to an unprecedented height,and proposed a comprehensive improvement model integrating the various elements of the ecosystem "mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grass and sand".With the orderly development of the territorial space planning,Ecological restoration and territorial remediation have become the focus of our spatial planning.At present,most researches on ecological pattern in our country is to construct ecological security pattern for evaluating the level of ecological security in the region instead of guiding the next step of land renovation research guided by the problems appearing in the evaluation of ecological pattern.By summarizing the theory,method,technology and practice of ecological land consolidation in the past,this study proposes to explore regional land consolidation plans on the basis of constructing ecological restoration pattern,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing spatial pattern and improving spatial quality on the basis of restoring ecosystem functions and improving ecosystem service level.It adds a new approach to land consolidation in areas rich in natural resources and sensitive to ecology,that is,to explore comprehensive land consolidation strategies under different paths in the new era by constructing ecological restoration pattern.In this paper,Yuzhong County of Lanzhou City is selected as the research object,and the strategy of ecological restoration and territorial consolidation and its specific landing are explored from the county scale,which has certain demonstration and practical guiding significance.In this paper,the overall ecological environment quality of Yuzhong County was evaluated by invest ING habitat quality model,and the overall habitat quality of Yuzhong County was divided into five regions: good,good,medium,poor and poor.Then,the ecological source was screened by MSPA model.The three factors of land use type,elevation factor and slope were selected to construct a single factor resistance surface,and the three resistance surfaces were superimposed to obtain the minimum cumulative resistance surface among various ecological sources.The ecological corridor was extracted comprehensively.Based on the ecological corridor,the ecological barrier distribution analysis was made,and the ecological obstacle points and ecological pinch points were extracted from the areas with large conflicts in the ecological barrier according to different standards.Based on the ecological security pattern of Yuzhong County after comprehensive evaluation,the ecological restoration pattern of Yuzhong County is proposed to guide the land consolidation work with the problems in the ecological security pattern as the guidance.Finally,the specific land consolidation strategies of various elements at different levels of "net-line-plane-point" in the ecological restoration pattern are expounded.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The habitat quality in Yuzhong County of Lanzhou City gradually decreased from southwest to northeast.The southwest of Yuzhong County is Xinglong Mountain Range.Affected by geology,topography,elevation and other factors,the quality of habitat in this area is high.The central area is Wanchuan RiverThrough the main area,the terrain is flat;There is a large amount of bare land in the northeast,mainly in the loess hilly region,and the habitat quality is low.In general,Yuzhong County,located in the loess hilly region,has high ecological vulnerability,high degree of fragmentation of ecological patches,strong ecological sensitivity,and is more susceptible to human interference.(2)39 ecological sources,22 key ecological corridors,66 potential ecological corridors,22 ecological obstacle points and 46 ecological pinch points in Yuzhong County were identified by using MSPA model,minimum cumulative resistance model,gravity model and circuit theory.The evaluation of ecological security pattern in Yuzhong County is completed.The ecological security pattern evaluated has both ecological function importance and landscape connectivity.Based on the ecological security pattern evaluated,ecological restoration pattern was constructed according to the ecological elements of different levels,and corresponding territorial consolidation strategies were proposed.According to the various elements in different levels of ecological restoration pattern,the author put forward the ecological protection and restoration strategy of Yuzhong County’s territorial space from the perspective of overall protection and restoration according to its functional characteristics and current land use situation.The research results can provide reference for the formulation of ecological protection and restoration scheme in the territorial space planning.
