| The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that high-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modernization country.The cement industry has always been a major basic production industry in China.Building a modern and information-based industrial system for cement enterprises is an essential path for their development.Therefore,the cement industry has higher requirements for quality,informationization,and intelligence.This article aims to solve problems such as poor performance of the data acquisition system,low data utilization rate,and weak data correlation in the production process of a cement enterprise.It develops a quality management and analysis system for the cement industry.The main work is as follows:(1)Overall design of the quality management and analysis system.Combining the manufacturing process and production status of a cement enterprise,the system requirements analysis and design objectives are defined,and the system architecture design and functional design are completed.(2)Selection of system development environment and key technologies.The.NET development framework is adopted,ADO.NET data interfaces are used to connect to the SQL Server database,Ajax technology is used to realize the exchange of front-end and back-end data,and C# is used for the development of the back-end system.(3)Functional design of each module of the cement quality management and analysis system.(a)Data acquisition and storage subsystem design: detailed classification of quality data,system data,and energy data in the cement production process,and logical design and physical structure of the database tables.(b)Quality management subsystem design: mainly presenting the processing of quality original data,quality ledger report query,and real-time quality monitoring.(c)Quality analysis subsystem design: mainly analyzing the quality data trend in each production link of cement,the correlation analysis between quality data and process data in each link,and the comprehensive analysis of the quality correlation analysis between each link and the correlation analysis between production and energy consumption.(d)Strength prediction subsystem design: starting from the data in the system database,specific physical and chemical factors that affect strength are found,and then the variables are screened through the important feature selection of random forests to achieve dimensionality reduction.Finally,BP and RBF neural network prediction models are established,and the optimal model RBF neural network is selected through index analysis to establish a 28-day compressive strength prediction for cement.(4)Implementation of various functions of the cement quality management and analysis system.Based on the above system implementation technology and system design plan,the functions of quality management,quality analysis,and strength prediction are realized,and these modules are introduced and displayed.The cement quality management and analysis system can assist in the production and operation of enterprises and improve the production efficiency of cement enterprises. |
