As the world's largest toy exporter,about 75% of the global toys made in China,the domestic toy market development to a certain extent affected by the boom of the global toys industry overall,due to the external market growth is slowing domestic production costs RMB exchange rate changes and other reasons,and China's toy exports mainly OEM,low value-added products,the upstream brand are designed,the downstream channel side effects such as clear,domestic exports of toys market faces many pressures,making China's toy industry's operating costs continue to increase Under the comprehensive influence of many external factors,the living environment of China's toy industry has become extremely complex and harsh.Therefore,the optimization of its own management level,the improvement of product production quality and the effective reduction of product quality cost can improve the core competition of manufacturing enterprisesIn order to improve the enterprise's response to the fierce market competition,this topic takes the improvement of quality management of M electric children's car manufacturer as the research background,applies the quality management theory to propose the relevant quality improvement strategies,and improves the quality management level of M enterprise.the subject gives a detailed overview of the relevant theories of quality management,analyzes the development stages of quality management and the quality management methods in each stage,and analyzes the commonly used quality analysis and control tools such as control chart,cause and effect chart and variance analysis.According to the relevant quality cost management theory,this paper makes a detailed statistical analysis on the prevention cost,identification cost,internal loss cost and external loss cost in the production process of M enterprise in 2017,and determines that the key optimization analysis object of this subject is the internal loss cost of the enterprise.By using the quality statistical table and the cause and effect diagram,the causes of the above internal losses areanalyzed in detail,and the key influencing factors of the internal loss cost are the lack of production process control,the lack of quality awareness of workers and the lack of operation skills of workers.Finally,the quality stability of SMT production in a month of M enterprise is analyzed by using quality statistical table and control chart,and the main defect samples of products are obtained.According to the relevant characteristics of defect samples,the causes and effects of sample defects are analyzed in detail,and it is concluded that the technological parameters of SMT production equipment are the main factors that affect the quality of SMT production.Variance analysis is applied to improve the solder paste thickness in SMT production,and the improvement suggestions are obtained.
