The rapid development of electronic information technology puts forward higher requirements for electronic devices.With the electromagnetic characteristics of high saturation magnetization and high application frequency,magnetic thin films meet the application needs of miniaturization and integration of electronic technology,especially in the field of anti-electromagnetic interference.Among them,the magnetic thin films with array structure have strong controllable electromagnetic properties,which has become the focus of research.In this paper,the noise suppression characteristics of a series of CoFe2O4/FeCoB based array composite films and FeCoB/YIG array composite films are studied by simulation.Through the simulation,it is found that the noise suppression performance of the film can be optimized with the increase of the thickness of the ferromagnetic layer and the size of the microsphere of the CoFe2O4/FeCoB based array structure composite film,and the relative power loss of the film tends to increase with the decrease of the cylindrical array size of the FeCoB/YIG array structure composite film,while the order of the cylindrical array arrangement has little effect on the noise suppression characteristics.A series of CoFe2O4/FeCoB based array composite films were designed and fabricated.The magnetic properties and noise suppression characteristics were studied and analyzed,and it was found that the maximum saturation magnetization of the sample was 8005.4Gs,and the relative power loss increased from 0.31 to 0.52 with the increase of FeCoB film thickness from200nm to 400nm,and the relative power loss increased slightly with the increase of microsphere size from 100nm to 350nm.In order to solve the problems of poor flatness and poor repeatability of CoFe2O4/FeCoB based array composite films,a series of FeCoB/YIG array composite films were prepared,and their magnetic properties and noise suppression characteristics were studied and analyzed.It is found that the maximum saturation magnetization of the sample is 8206.17Gs,and with the decrease of cylindrical array size from 1.5mm to 0.6mm,the relative power loss of the film increases from 0.49 to 0.7,and the noise suppression performance is improved.
