Nowadays,the pace of people’s life is getting faster and faster,the busy work makes people tired,mental and physical burden increased.Running,as simple exercise,can improve people’s physiology and psychology.with the rise of running,sports knee pads developed as sports protection.With the use of more and more sports knee pads,consumers require superior quality of sports knee pads,and pay more attention to the comfortable performance of sports knee pads.As one of the important properties of sports products,sports comfort has an impact on the performance and efficiency of wearers.Therefore,knee pads with excellent sports performance are the first choice of consumers.In light sports,general sports for a long time,low intensity,high requirements for the comfort of the knee pads,the current market knee pads exist on the structure of the design is not fit,functional area is fuzzy and other problems,easy to hot,extrusion after wearing,affect the user’s performance.The seamless knitting technology can design the circumference size of the knee brace by the combination of the organization structure,and then divide the structure according to the functional partition.The developed knee brace has better movement comfort.Therefore,the research and design of sports knee brace with functional zoning design is of great significance to the development and innovation of knee brace products.In order to establish conforms to the motion characteristics of knee structure for functional partition design model,developed the excellent comfort movement function of knee motion,this topic through analyzing the characteristic of the human form,combined with the knitting process of knee for structural design,and from two performance of thermal comfort and pressure comfort of knee motion performance study,combining with the leg performance characteristics,Two kinds of functional partition sports knee brace models were established and their performances were evaluated.Therefore,this paper is mainly divided into the following parts: motor function knee brace structure design;Study on thermal and wet comfort of knee brace;Study on pressure comfort of knee brace;Functional zoning design Design development and performance evaluation of sports knee brace.Its main contents are as follows:(1)To study the process principle and parameters of the compiling equipment,and to divide the shape of the leg through the mesh method,and to design the structure of the sports knee brace based on the relationship between the weave length of the tissue structure and the horizontal and vertical density in the knitting process.Then through the example development on the machine,it is verified that the designed knee brace has the appropriate size and fit degree,which improves the wearing comfort.(2)to enhance sports knee thermal comfort,from surface density,raw material ratio and organization structure,respectively,the preparation of samples,for basic parameters,breathable,moisture permeability,heat preservation,such as thermal performance test,again through the feature mapping method carries on the comprehensive rating,and get the raw material with good performance and organizational structure collocation,and explore the influence law of surface density on thermal comfort.Then,according to the characteristics of heat and humidity,the structure of sports knee brace was designed in different zones,and the model of heat and humidity was established,and the corresponding tissue structure and raw materials were selected to develop the sports function knee brace designed in hot and humidity zones.(3)Select different raw materials and tissue structures for sample preparation,and study the pressure comfort of sports knee brace.The tensile force and pressure of the samples were tested under different tensile rates,and the linear regression analysis was carried out.The relationship between tensile rate and pressure was established through the linear regression equation.The pressure value can be predicted according to the tensile force within a certain error.Then according to the stretch change rate of leg movement,the partition structure of the knee brace is designed,the pressure partition model is established,and the motor function knee brace designed by pressure partition is prepared.(4)The comprehensive performance of the two developed knee pads was evaluated respectively.Through the thermal imaging test and the body surface temperature and humidity test,the thermal and wet comfort evaluation of the exercise function knee brace designed by the thermal and wet partition was carried out.A pressure test instrument was used to test the pressure changes of the knee pads with different bending degrees.Then the subjective evaluation of the pressure comfort of the knee pads was calculated by using the assignment method and the weight method,and the pressure comfort was evaluated by combining the two methods.The development and design of two kinds of exercise function knee pads verifies that the partitioned design of sports knee pads has better movement comfort.Through the research on the comfort of sports functional knee pads,the functional partition model is established,and several sports functional knee pads with partition design are developed,which provides help for the development of sports functional knee pads and the research on comfort,and has reference significance for the design of sports knee pads.
