| The reuse of phenolic plastics has attracted the attention of people from all walks of life.After continuous research by many scholars,a process of grinding,screening,mixing of old and new materials,and molding to make recycled samples was finally obtained.At present,there are a variety of grinding equipment,are the use of external force impact material surface cracks to form small particles,and finally ground into powder particles,but the current grinding equipment grinding efficiency is not high,serious tool wear.In this paper,how to improve the pulverization efficiency of phenolic plastics is studied,the specific content is divided into the following three parts.Firstly,the force analysis of phenolic plastics during the crushing process was conducted to determine that the surface of phenolic plastics was broken into small particles under the impact or shear force,and the molecular chain was broken to produce active groups under the joint action of mechanical force and heat.Secondly,the paper analyzed the demand of phenolic plastic regeneration process and designed the special crushing equipment,and calculated its mechanics according to the function of each module of the equipment.Using ANSYS software for thermal analysis,it is determined that the cutter tooth stress of grinding disc increases obviously under high temperature environment.The test analysis shows that the temperature of the mill plate is too high in the grinding process,which causes the phenolic plastic adhesion on the tool teeth,and the stress of the tool teeth is too large.According to the above problem points,the structure of the millstone is optimized,and the ANSYS software is used to calculate and analyze the structure before and after optimization,so as to improve the heat dissipation of the millstone.Finally,the microscopic surface of the powder particles obtained by the equipment grinding before and after the optimization of the heat dissipation structure was studied and analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the recycled samples were analyzed.It was determined that the crushing efficiency and the mechanical properties of the newly prepared samples were affected by the high temperature environment. |
