With the gradual application of the water lubricated bearings, the traditional concept that the metal components of mechanical transmission system formed friction pair has been changed. Water lubricated bearings not only saves a great deal of valuable non-ferrous metals and oil, but also simplifies the shafting structure which avoids the Pollution of water environment situation because of the oil leakage. For bearing antifriction materials, now the usual bearing lining materials are the following ones: white alloy, cu-based alloy, AL-based alloy,zinc-based alloy, engineering plastics alloy and their mixtures, powder sintering bearing materials. However, water lubricated bearing is basically a copper jacket which consumes a large amount of copper resources and costs highly. So it is of great practical significance that non-metallic materials replace copper jacket. With the development of the modern synthesis technology and the continuous exploitation of a novel wear-resistant antifriction self-lubricating resin matrix composites, the antifriction wear-resistant parts of various resin matrix composites have become a substitute product or replacement of metal materials.Wear-resistant phenolic plastic has a relatively high wear tolerance, chemical corrosion resistance and thermal stability and better resistance to organic solvents and high heat resistance of oxygen, light oxygen, aging properties of the atmosphere. Because such a plastic material has multiple functions of wear-resistant materials, anti-corrosion materials and the structural materials, it can find increasingly wide application in many industrial sectors. Wear-resistant phenolic plastic has a superior synthesis diversity, which makes it possible to replace copper jacket.The thesis takes sliding bearing as the model, emphasizes the research and application of the friction of wear-resistant phenolic plastic. Made with water instead of wear-resistant Bakelite copper jacket bearing lubrication, the likelihood of phenolic resin-based friction material composition of the wear-resistant Bakelite synthesis process and affect the manufacturing process of wear-resistant Bakelite Fill factor and the wear-resistant properties of Bakelite; study of the resin-based friction materials, polymers and phenolic resin-based friction materials friction and wear properties; through experiments have been Bakelite sliding friction coefficient with time running trend ; Bakelite sliding friction coefficient with running time, speed, load trends, different formulations Bakelite sliding friction coefficient trend.
