| In the interval filling mining of multiple approaches in metal mines,the production efficiency is low,the ore dilution rate is high the stope stability and reliability are insufficient which greatly limits the safe and efficient mining of large width veins.Aiming at shortcomings of existing mining methods,based on the up-slope slicing mining method in mine,the continuous mining mode used for reference in mining,among which the safety and stable stope support is the key to implementation of the new mining method.The theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and engineering test research methods,research the stability of a metal mine stope support,compared the anchor cable,steel pillar stope stability and optimize supporting parameters,analyzes the limit span,simulation analysis different supporting the conditions of stope surrounding rock mass,implementation the industrialization practice,the research results as follows: First,the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock and filler are measured through mechanical test.The pressure test shows that maximum compressive strength of filler is 3.1MPa,which provides a design of pillar base and the simulation.Second,calculation of bearing capacity of CFST pillar shows that a single pillar is 1860 k N,anchor cable length is 6m;According to maximum tensile stress method,Pratt’s arch theory and Mathews chart,the limit span is 11.6m,12.4m and 10.0m which are determined to 10.0-12.0m comprehensively.Thirdly,GDEM analysis of surrounding rock stability and support methods for different propulsion spans shows the10.0m span of floor with ore body and filler is best safety,and the reasonable support scheme is set two rows of CFST pillars.Fourteenth,Scene pressure monitoring shows stope vertical Y direction displacement is 0.22 m,and the limit stress in the roof and surrounding rock of two sides is 27.0MPa,which is basically consistent with the numerical simulation results.Completed the support for instance calculation and simulation analysis and the mine pressure monitoring,evaluated the safety and stability of upward stratified wall.Determine the reasonable span,it concluded that the distance between 4.0m hoist a pillar,provides the technical application of the new mining method supporting design basis and engineering example,Thus it provides a new idea and method for efficient mining of multi-channel vein.Figure 74;Table 17;Reference 53... |
