A new mine in Inner Mongolia intends to adopt the filling mining method,in order to quickly and efficiently achieve underground stope structural parameters optimization,and make the mine reasonable,efficient,economical and safe mining.In this paper,it firstly analyze the mining technology condition,then apply the finite element strength reduction method to the numerical simulation,using FLAC3 D software to study the stability of underground stope.At last combined with theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,intelligent algorithm and other methods,constructed a computational model based on the BP neural network,which is featured with the powerful functional approach,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm,which is featured with the extremum seeking function,efficiently optimized the stope structure parameters,obtained the optimal structural parameters.The results of this paper include the following aspects:?Study on mining technical conditions.Through the systematic introduction of the technical conditions of mining,mastered the hydrogeological conditions,engineering geological conditions and environmental geological conditions of the mine.Based on the relevant data,studied the mining method used in the mine,which lays the foundation for the numerical simulation.?Based on the investigation of the basic principle of the finite element strength reduction method,determined the definition of the safety factor and the yield criterion of the finite element strength reduction method.Furthermore,the instability criterion which should be chosen in the course of the study is determined as the total volume value of the damaged unit.?Based on numerical simulation and relevant data in mine feasibility study report,using the Hoek-Brown strength criterion calculated the reasonable parameters of rock mass.At the same time,the mechanical parameters of backfill are determined by referring to similar mines.?Applied the finite element strength reduction method to analysis the stability of underground stope,using the FLAC3 D software conducted the numerical simulation experiment.According to the basic principle of finite element strength reduction method,not only reduced the rock cohesion C,internal friction angle ?,but also tensile strength ?,obtained the distribution of stress and strain,displacement distribution and plastic strain band of the stope under different parameters.At the same time,through the analysis of the safety factor obtained from three different Instability Criteria,determined that the safety factor is more consistent with the engineering practice by using the failure criterion of the total volume of the damaged unit.At last,studied the safety factor of stope under different parameters,determined the stope safety coefficient and stope length,the width of the interval and control the internal change of top three parameters.?According to the calculated parameters of different combinations of Stope Safety factor FS,constructed the BP-PSO model to establish the nonlinear function relationship between stope structural parameters and safety factor FS and got the optimal solution of the stope structure parameters,realized the optimization of stope structure parameters.The results show that the BP-PSO model constructed in this paper can obtain the correct optimal stope structure parameters quickly and efficiently,which can guide the production arrangement.
